The service and kindness of the owner/managers was fabulous and they could not have been more helpful. From messaging whilst still in UK to arranging all trips. The room was beautiful, clean and well presented with a huge whirlpool bath, and all for very little money. Would highly recommend

Set among lotus fields and out of the busy town but only by a little bit, walking, or hire a scooter. They offer scooter and bicycle hire here. The owners could not be more amazing! They are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are big. We had the family room with a massive balcony. It was immaculate. The beds were huge and super comfy. The bathroom was big and clean . The owners could not do enough for us. The amazing part was when we needed to take a night train they allowed us to use our room and shower before leaving with no charge. A really great place to stay in Ninh Binh.

The hotel is newly refurbished so in a good condition - very comfortable and clean, the view from the balcony is engrossing, food great although the breakfast could have a bit more choice. The location is perfect, a short cycle or walk to Tam Coc which has loads of good restaurants and attractions. The host family are lovely.

Chúng tôi đến NB và không đặt phòng trước, đi loanh quanh khu Tam Cốc tìm phòng cũng có nhiều sự lựa chọn. Tuy nhiên chúng tôi chọn Lotus, vừa đến ông chủ rất dễ thương có giảm giá tiền phòng cho chúng tôi. Khách sạn quá đẹp và mới, phòng rộng rãi, ban công nhìn ra cánh đồng lúa view thoáng đãng, có bồn tắm sục rất ưng ý. Ông bà chủ cực kì dễ thương và nhẹ nhàng. Bữa sáng ngon và hợp lý.

Wir waren 3 Tage dort. Die Zimmer und das Hotel generell waren toll und sauber. Der hotel Manager ist super hilfsbereit und hilft bei allen Problemen. Zudem kann man einen Roller zu einem fairen Preis buchen und es gibt Fahrräder kostenlos im Hotel :)

Wir hatten mit unserer Familie eine sehr schöne Zeit.Das Familien geführte Hotel ist sehr sauber und liebenswert.Wir wurden immer umsorgt und jeder Wunsch sofort erfüllt.Es wurde z.B. extra schnell ein Kindersitze für das Fahrrad gekauft ohne dass wir darum gebeten hatten. Die Lage fanden wir super.Man kann mit dem Fahrrad super an alle wichtigen Zielpunkte fahren und die Fahrräder bekommt man kostenlos vom Hotel.Das Hotel und die Aussicht auf die Felder sowie die Berge waren wunderbar. Nochmals ein großes Lob auch an die Sauberkeit und vorallem die tolle Herzlichkeit.Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Gerne wieder. :)
