建築本身就是景點，古樸雅緻，依山勢而建，雖然有翻新，但是保留了原來的風韻。門口有大片茶園，晚上散步到田間，抬頭滿天繁星，美不勝收。

預訂的酒店，在350年的老宅裏，遊客進去參觀需要買門票的。老宅外面小河流水、游魚，花草小道可以散步，酒店有茶室、餐廳供應早餐。晚間衹有人值班，需要服務必須早點聯繫服務員。也算是一次體驗。

千山瞿家大院民宿是個已有三百多年歷史的老宅。四方的宅院，雕花的門，青瓦屋頂，勾檐座脊，在保留原有建築風貌和結構的基礎上，廢改舊改，重新佈局，是目前青木川僅有的幾個知名老院子之一。我們入住的庭院古床房是最有古樸風格的一個房間。特意保留了原來的雕花門，木牆。整個院子裏的房間設計是非常用心的，一切既要儘量保持它原有的風格，又要適合居住，還刻意保留原來的歷史沉澱下來的痕跡，個人推薦住宿。

其本沒服務，木板牆縫太大（衹能拿個墊子和浴巾擋住縫隙），在外邊都看房內情況了，找服務員，答:木板房就是這樣！房間空調不夠力，找服務員加個被子，答:每個房都是標配，不能加！浴缸都是蟲子，並且浴缸內有污漬，答:就是這樣的，沒有辦法！六七百一間房，電源播座都還有亂78糟的電線攪成一團，也不知有沒有電，帶小孩的有危險嗎？天黑了，院子裏一點燈光沒有（答晚上沒有外人進院子，請問，對面住的人都是不認識的，是不是外人？），女孩子肯定會恐懼，一定要有個男性朋友才敢入住，早餐8一9點，僅有一個小時，全國罕見，牆壁上污漬隨便可以見到，入住時，不知道誰的T恤放在沙發上，當晚沒有注意到，第二天嚇一跳！蚊帳頂部全是污漬，都不知多久沒有洗了！總之，這家民宿我是再也不敢光顧了
