Nice resort for families with lots of activities for the little ones. Highlight was the service and all staff were friendly especially Mona who also spoke English well and shared her wechat and checked with us everyday to ensure our stay was pleasant. Bon fire and fireworks for Chinese new year were an added bonus. Mona also helped us book a BBQ tent which was a nice experience by the lake. The play area is large and could use a facelift as some areas seem dated. Buffet breakfast was nice with the usual fare and a nice touch to give the kids a small gift when they clean their plates. Although it’s winter, the temperature was quite warm and the room AC could only be used as a heater which made the room too warm so we turned off the AC and left the windows open. Car parking was mostly full during the holidays but we managed to get a slot to charge the electric car. Overall a pleasant stay.

The resort and room are beautiful. We went for 1 night just to use the pool. The pool was lovely and huge. I was shocked how cold the air conditioner in the room was because it was so hot outside. This made me so happy. We rented a golf cart to ride around for 80 rmb for 30 minutes. That was fun. The room was great and bathroom was the biggest I have ever seen. It was a nice weekend but honestly I wouldn’t return. You can only spend so much time in the pool and there is nothing else to do around the hotel. If you like sitting in nature and reading a book or meditating you will love the place.

The hotel is located in the scenic area, with convenient parking and quick check-in. The hotel will explain the details one by one according to the drawings, and the shuttle bus will be sent to the room. The housekeeper service is implemented and the housekeeper's service response is timely. The bedding is very comfortable, and the hot water response is fast and the water output is large. The rooms are all rebuilt from old houses. In order to better protect the old buildings, it is inevitable that there will be many facilities that are not as good as new hotels. As the saying goes, there are pros and cons. At first, I didn't understand the earplugs placed at the head of the bed, but I realized it deeply when I fell asleep at night. Because of the old house, there is almost no effective sound insulation between each room, and there is background music playing in a loop all night 😂. Although the curtains are bamboo roller curtains, they do not affect the light blocking.

A very pleasantly surprised hotel with a great environment and complete facilities. The rooms are also large, with smart controls and are very clean. The overall number of rooms is not too large, so it doesn't feel crowded even when full, and it's very quiet overall. There aren't many restaurants within walking distance, but there are Chinese and Western restaurants in the hotel, the prices are reasonable, and the food is good.

Just a leisure two days trip.. The hotel was well located close to the Meishan beach Park, the port museum and the ice and snow world - walkable distance. The staffs (especially front desks) are quite nice, always willing to help, and ready to give a cookie on request (highlight of my trip).. They had a huge variety of tasty breakfast options for locals and international.. Only issue was the squeaky cupboards in the rooms.. Oh... They have a gym and swimming pool (in-use, which is great post-covid) ..

I booked the Seclusive Life resort for a 2 night weekend getaway while I am working in Zhejiang. It was a beautiful, relaxing experience. The mountains were so lush and green. The best part of the resort was the staff. Everyone was so helpful. I do not speak Chinese but we were able to communicate via WeChat very easily. The staff really went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good. I ordered my meals a day in advance and the staff sent me a message when my food was prepared. I enjoyed the pool that is filled with cold mountain water. I did some hiking starting at the resort and really enjoyed the mountain scenery. Unfortunately the tub did not work in my room and there was a lot of mold in the shower but I think that is unavoidable in this humid climate. At the end of my stay the staff was about to help me arrange a driver to Xeudou Temple and Zhongcun Scenic area. I highly recommend this place for a relaxed, stress free getaway. One note, there are a lot of stairs (193 to my room) to get to the cabins so anyone with mobility issues will need to be sure to reserve a room they can reach. Again, ***** for the staff. Super.

I stayed here with my friends on a business trip. The transportation is very convenient. There are subway stations and bus stops nearby. It is very close to Tianyi Square and parking is also very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the front desk is very good, and I will stay here again if I have the chance

Environment: It is very close to Tianyi Square, Old Bund, Nantang Old Street, etc., which is very convenient. Service: The service attitude of the guy the day before yesterday was very good.

Go to Dongqian Lake team building. Last time I came here to play, I liked Hanling Old Street very much. I also saw a Huajiantang here. I unexpectedly found that Huajiantang actually had a six-person room, which was just right for our team of six people. The cost performance was also very high, so I decisively took it. It turned out to be really good. The six-person room is a large suite, with six single beds in a bedroom, a long table with stools in a living room, and two small sofas. It is very comfortable for six people to eat around the table or sit on the sofa to chat; there is also a bathroom, two washlets, two shower rooms and three sinks, which are basically enough to take turns to take a bath, go to the toilet, brush teeth and wash face. The hotel is also fully equipped. Fruits and snacks are also given when checking in. There is also a white fungus soup for sleeping sweet soup at night. Eye masks and earplugs are also prepared on the bedside table at night, which is very considerate. The whole hotel is antique and integrated with the old street scenic area. It is across the river from the old street. It is quiet in the hustle and bustle. It is very comfortable to walk by the lake. And because it is next to Hanling Old Street, there are all kinds of snack restaurants, which is very convenient to eat. It's a great place to stay when visiting Dongqian Lake!

The location is excellent, only 600 meters from Xuedou Mountain, about 1 km from Jiang's former residence. The boss is super handsome and superb. I drove the former residence of Jiang's family to me, and I agreed to pick me up after visiting. On the way back to the hotel, I also walked around the lake at Xikou. The homestay includes breakfast, nutritious and healthy breakfast, eggs, pumpkin porridge, siu mai, corn, fried dough sticks. Eat well and full. The room is on the 3rd floor, quiet and comfortable. Very clean. I heard that we are going to Putuo, and it is a tour map and a ritual to worship Buddha. If it weren't for the itinerary, I really wanted to stay a few more days.
