Stayed at Hiyou Hotel again. I was sweating into the lobby and Xiao Wang at the front desk was enthusiastic. I missed lunch, Xiao Wang sent purple rice porridge and buns, quickly checked in for me, and specially arranged a quiet room. When I checked out, I looked forward to a delay for a while, and I had lunch and left. She understood that it was not easy for the elderly and agreed. The hotel is clean and tidy and feels at home. It is too convenient to go to the downtown attractions, it is simply great! The cleaning staff is also enthusiastic to introduce Ningbo specialties and beautiful scenery to the guests, moved! Five-star praise!

I went here to see the pictures for the opening of the new store. I booked a twin room. It was completely different from the pictures. It was obviously a special corner room with only about 10 square meters, and it was bedside to bedside. When booking, it was clearly stated that it was 28 square meters. , it’s really a bit of a fraud... I’m very disappointed with the room costing more than 300 yuan. However, the front desk setting is very novel, self-service check-in, and the service is very good. In terms of hygiene, there was a lot of dust when it first opened, the glass was not wiped clean, and the quilt was covered with allergies... All in all, it was a very uncomfortable New Year's Eve.

Recommend! Convenient location, within walking distance there is everything you need (shops, cafes, shopping center, etc.). The family (2 adults, 2 children, 7 and 3 years old) chose a Deluxe room with an impressive view of the river (two beds). Breakfast is at a good level (surcharge 64 yuan for a child from 6-10 years old). The pool is open until 23:00 (there is a sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi), the games child room is open also until 23:00.

Hotel is clean. The room is spacious. Front desk is friendly. The staffs greets you when you comes and goes. Price is decent since I'm paying USD. A little more compared in the area. The hotel shows it's age, including the rooms. I booked the King Bed room at around $100 USD a night. But I like it when they give you 4 pillows and 2 are memory foam pillows which I love. Unlimited bottle waters, they are placed everywhere in the hotel for you to grab. The breakfast has a wide variety. If you didn't book breakfast a day ahead it's 100RMB. If you tell them a day ahead that you'll be getting breakfast the next day, it's 50RMB per person. As I recall it was $13 more when I book my room with 2 breakfasts. I would stay here again.

Hotel is very well located, 5 minutes from Tianyi Square and many other attractions. The staff was very helpful, especially the women, who were really caring and helpful to help a foreigner who do not speak Chinese. The hotel deserve a renovation, a good painting and floor work, as it is not a par in relation to other Ibis in the country.

New Century Resort Jiulong Lake exceeded all my expectations and provided a truly enjoyable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, going out of their way to be helpful and offering valuable tips on things to do in the area. 包智慧 was especially kind and helpful! The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the water, giving it a tropical vibe. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options, and the resort was very family-friendly. While it was a shame that the outdoor pool was only open in July and August, the indoor pool and hot tub were still great. The resort's proximity to the Scenic Area allowed for a day of exploration, with hiking trails leading to waterfalls and a lovely temple. The resort was surrounded by lush trees, creating a serene atmosphere that I highly recommend. The option to rent bikes and participate in various activities added to the enjoyment of the stay. I particularly appreciated the pleasant bonfire evenings with music, which provided a nice touch without being too loud. Overall, I highly recommend New Century Resort Jiulong Lake as a place to relax and unwind. It's conveniently located just a 45-minute taxi ride from the Ningbo train station.

The hotel is in a good location, close to everything, and very clean. There is a large children's playground on the first floor. The parent-child room we booked has three 1.8-meter large beds, one of which has a door to separate them from each other. The room is large and well-equipped. There is a reading area and a play area on the 5th floor, as well as a separate washing machine and dryer. All the clothes were washed and dried on the same day, which was great. The bedding is very comfortable, the air conditioning is powerful, and the sleep is very quiet, which means that the sound insulation is good. There is a desk area for office work, a makeup mirror, slippers and toothbrushes for children, a slide swing chair, and an air purifier. The breakfast restaurant is antique and the variety is OK. I like the small wontons very much.
