Very bad check-in experience. I felt cold at night, so I sent a WeChat message to add a quilt. They said that the quilts are fixed and there are no extra ones. If it's cold, turn on the heater. As a result, the heater was turned off in the middle of the night. I was woken up by the cold. Both of us woke up with a cold. I reported it to the front desk. The front desk said that it might be the previous guest who set the timer. We should check if there is a problem with the setting when we stay. It means that it is our own fault. It is understood that the air conditioning is controlled by the hotel front desk. Since it is controlled by the hotel, wouldn’t the hotel know if the air conditioning is turned off? I don't know how the good reviews in the comments section were given. I also read the reviews before ordering. I am really disappointed.

I came to Ningbo on a business trip and booked a very cost-effective hotel near the client's company. It's very close to Metro Line 5. The customer service attitude at the front desk is very good. Quick check-in. The room is big enough, the facilities are new, and the breakfast is affordable (it's so conscientious, many new hotels don't have breakfast). The surrounding area is definitely safe, convenience stores, fast food restaurants, really convenient.
