雖然全縣停電，但説好的晚上十點發電到第二天七點，卻十點多就維持不了了。電沒有，水也沒有，廁所也不能用。第一次住這麼破爛的酒店，沒有任何通知，服務沒有提供到位，也沒有任何補償
