Beautiful place and very helpful staff!

Fantastic service and experience. Seamless check-in from the moment we were greeted at the front porch all the way being orienteered around the hotel and escorted to the hotel. Facilities immaculate, especially loved the Onsen. Information regarding our dietary requirements have been communicated well through the different teams at the hotel.

The hotel's Japanese restaurant has more food, and the bar has less food. It's a bit troublesome to make reservations in advance for Japanese restaurants.

Maybe it's because everyone is here for vacation? The staff is very slow overall, serving food is slow, checkout is slow, too. Overall, I feel that the service facilities and location do not match the room rate of this level.

Although the price is not cheap, the hotel staff's service is kind, thoughtful and considerate, making you feel at home. The hot spring in Dazhongchi is very comfortable. It would be more perfect if the room could also be a hot spring.

The hotel is conveniently located. The room is very comfortable and the environment is beautiful. Excellent service. It was even more delicious and rich in the morning. My wife and daughter are very happy and satisfied. It is the first choice for accommodation in Zhongchansi Lake District.

In short, it is a beautiful hotel. Whether it is the public area, the room or the view, it is very delicately considered. Although the breakfast is a set, it is very rich, especially the in-room dining experience is very good. I like the bar very much. There are many cocktail choices and they are also very creative. The yuzu ramen is a must-try. The marketing packaging is also very good! The location is also good, and the attractions are within walking distance. The maple leaf season is amazing! The service is quite good, and English communication is barrier-free. They can remember us after three days. The hot spring is also good, and it also comes with a sauna, which is very helpful for relaxation. There is nothing wrong with it except the price.

The room with lake view can hear the sound of hot spring water circulation at night, buzzing, I asked the front desk to change my room, which took an hour. The technician said that the cleaning period is 22-23 pm, and then 4-5 am in the morning, which is really unbearable.

The view from the room facing Lake Chuzenji was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, both Japanese and Western. I'll come back in the fall.

I personally think it's not worth comparing the price.
