Fantastic service and experience. Seamless check-in from the moment we were greeted at the front porch all the way being orienteered around the hotel and escorted to the hotel. Facilities immaculate, especially loved the Onsen. Information regarding our dietary requirements have been communicated well through the different teams at the hotel.

Maybe it's because everyone is here for vacation? The staff is very slow overall, serving food is slow, checkout is slow, too. Overall, I feel that the service facilities and location do not match the room rate of this level.

Although the price is not cheap, the hotel staff's service is kind, thoughtful and considerate, making you feel at home. The hot spring in Dazhongchi is very comfortable. It would be more perfect if the room could also be a hot spring.

The hotel is conveniently located. The room is very comfortable and the environment is beautiful. Excellent service. It was even more delicious and rich in the morning. My wife and daughter are very happy and satisfied. It is the first choice for accommodation in Zhongchansi Lake District.

Although the breakfast is a set, it is very rich, especially the in-room dining experience is very good. I like the bar very much. There are many cocktail choices and they are also very creative. The yuzu ramen is a must-try. The marketing packaging is also very good! The location is also good, and the attractions are within walking distance. The maple leaf season is amazing! The service is quite good, and English communication is barrier-free. They can remember us after three days. The hot spring is also good, and it also comes with a sauna, which is very helpful for relaxation. There is nothing wrong with it except the price.

The room with lake view can hear the sound of hot spring water circulation at night, buzzing, I asked the front desk to change my room, which took an hour. The technician said that the cleaning period is 22-23 pm, and then 4-5 am in the morning, which is really unbearable.

The view from the room facing Lake Chuzenji was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, both Japanese and Western. I'll come back in the fall.

The lake view is even better after staying here, the outdoor hot springs are a must, and the breakfast photos taken in the house are very nice. The indoor fragrance sold in the boutique is delicious. I recommend taking a bottle home. There are also places to complain. Checking in during the off-peak hours makes me very irritable even when sitting in the lounge during peak hours. Also, it is not easy to get to the hotel.

I stayed in Nikko the day before and arrived at the Ritz at 12 o'clock the next day. I wanted to store my luggage first, but I was told that I could check in. I was very surprised. But after all, I checked in in advance, and the view of the room I got was average. I booked a Japanese restaurant for breakfast at 9 o'clock. There was only a Teppanyaki area, which was a bit cramped. Choose one each of Japanese and Western food. Compared with the breakfast of the previous day, I personally feel that the Ritz is inferior. We had Italian food at Lake house for dinner. The dining environment was very comfortable and the pizza was good. In addition, the afternoon tea experience was not bad.
