Welcome to the apartment Seagull in Osteebad Nienhagen. This quiet apartment is accessible to traffic. It is furnished to modern about 70 m² and has 2 balconies. The house has an elevator and outdoor parking spaces for bicycles are available, also central washer-dryer in the basement for a fee.
On request we are happy to provide children's high chair and cot available.
The following amenities can be found in our 3-room non-smoking apartment:
- Kitchen with sofa bed, TV, DVD player, dining area with baby chair
- Bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe and baby travel cot
- Children's room with sofa bed (for 2 children or adults) with TV with DVD player
There is underfloor heating in all rooms.
The nearby Warnemünde and the golf course, you can easily and on the hiking. Reach cycling path along the sea. Die Lage der Fewo ist für Ruhesuchende ideal. Auf Grund der Farbe der Fußbodenfliesen (schwarzstrukturiert) sieht man jedes Staubkrümel. Das Negative im Moment ist der gesperrte Strandabgang, so dass man nicht auf kurzem Weg zum Strand kann. Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, aber beeinträchtigt insgesamt das Erlebnis Fewo Seemöwe. Hier muss man sich ebenfalls selbst um die Kurtaxe kümmern, obwohl der Vermieter lt. Auskunft Kurverwaltung dafür zuständig ist.

Gelungener Kurzurlaub
Hochwertig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit reichlich Platz für drei Erwachsene. Sehr gepflegtes Umfeld, schön gelegen, fünf Minuten Fußweg von Steilküste und Ostsee entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in Nienhagen. Die Unterkunft ist hell und modern ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es war sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder ☀️

Top Lage
Wir waren für eine Woche da. Uns hat die Aufteilung der Räume der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, der Kleiderschrank in den jeweiligen Schlafzimmern war geräumig und das Bad bot viel Platz. Der Blick vom Balkon, welcher von der Küche ausging, war ok, aber wir waren viel unterwegs und das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Lediglich die Hellhörigkeit störte uns etwas. Wir hörten abends immer, wenn jmd das Objekt im Treppenhaus betrat bzw die Feriengäste über uns durch die Wohnung tippelte (Familie mit 4 Kids).
Die Lage war optimal. Fußläufig konnten wir die Steilküste erreichen und Höhnergötter suchen. Mit dem Auto hatten wir es nicht weit nach Warnemünde oder Kühlungsborn. Auf dem Weg dahin gibt es Möglichkeiten einzukehren und regionale Küche oder auch international zu genießen.
Wir kommen wieder nach Nienhagen!

Sehr schön,alles gut zu erreichen, Wohnung komfortabel, einzige bemängelung, Küche und Kaffee Maschine unzureichend gereinigt,wir waren begeistert über den Fliegen und Mücken Schutz,werden bestimmt wieder als Gäste kommen.
