"The whole plant, the rooms, the huge pool, the proximity to the beach, everything super. But, sand on the pool floor was not removed during our time. A reported deficiency in TV was not further considered. The refrigerator in the apartment should be replaced once. However, a very nice facility, like always again!"

"We spent a few beautiful days at Hotel My Beach House and had a small balcony room to the sea side. The room was quite small but offered a dreamful direct view of the Baltic Sea – to wake up in the morning and look at the sea immediately, it was just wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and provided a relaxing sleep. The cleanliness was overall OK, though with some air upwards. A very great praise goes to the hotel staff. All staff were all friendly, well-run and helpful. This hearty way has made our stay particularly pleasant and is a real point of gain of the house. Also breakfast has convinced us very much. The selection was varied and offered everything you wish for a successful start in the day. The breakfast room and the restaurant area with winter garden and terrace are very attractive and invite to stay. Unfortunately, the first impression has some effect on the overall positive picture. At the entry of the hotel the highly demanding carpet is immediately on the ground. This would certainly be a senseful investment in a modern, easy-care floor cover. The reception from the parking lot is only accessible through a staircase, and only after that is a lift available. This can be a real challenge for older guests or people with disabilities. A clear indication that alternatively the entrance via the restaurant on the promenade can also be used would be very helpful. In general we felt well. The fantastic location right on the Baltic Sea, the very good breakfast and especially the extraordinary friendly staff make the hotel a recommendable address for a relaxed stay at the sea."
