Too hot at the pool...not enough deckchairs and too bad it only opens at 10 a.m....
Breakfast ok but too bad there was only white bread....

Très bel établissement dans un charmant endroit. Nous avons obtenu beaucoup de renseignements sur place pour les activités à effectuer aux alentours. Nous avons très bien dormi dans une chambre agréable. Le petit déjeuné était très bien fourni (viennoiseries, pain frais maison, oeufs, céréales, café thé, jus d'orange ou pamplemousse, cacao, etc). Diner effectué également sur place. Nous avons testé le spa, qui n'est pas très grand, mais qui offre de bonnes prestations (grotte de sel, hammam, sauna, piscine).

Lovely hotel including swimming pool and spa facilities. Nice outside eating area under canopy of vines. Pleasant staff, comfortable beds; room at back of hotel rather noisy at night from road traffic so ear plugs helpful. Food from restaurant including local dishes absolutely excellent and highly recommended, and at reasonable price. Parking outside hotel for guests staying no more than one night. Only criticism is that wifi did not work; the unconvincing explanation was that it was somehow incompatible with Apple products.

C'est un hôtel qui dispose d'une part de très petites chambres, mais avec du mobilier typiquement alsacien et un grand balcon au-dessus de l'eau qui communique avec toutes les chambres et d'autres part de grandes chambres au mobilier classique. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse comme on n'en voit plus assez souvent et certainement pas dans les hôtels de grandes chaînes. Il est à votre écoute et à votre service avec le sourire et vraiment soucieux de vous satisfaire. Le petit déjeuner buffet est varié, mais il manque effectivement du chaud. Déjà rien que des oeufs serait agréable. Pour les repas chauds, c'est impeccable. Nous avons délicieusement mangé et en suffisance. Ici aussi le personnel est à votre écoute et satisfait votre moindre demande. La partie avec les thermes est également très bien et agréable. Bref, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous y retournerons dès que nous en aurons l'occasion.

Via een hotelbemiddelaar dit hotel geboekt met HP. Onze ervaring: Erg vriendelijk receptiepersoneel evenals de kelners en het onderhoudspersoneel. Mooie kamer in Empire stijl en ruime badkamer die elke dag perfect onderhouden werden. Tevens voorzien van een balkon met uitzicht op het park. Veel keuze bij het ontbijt en men kon een glaasje cremant elsass inschenken. Het dagmenu ‘s middags is enorm lekker. Ook de viergangenmenu s’ avonds zijn perfect klaargemaakt en mooi geserveerd. De wijnen zijn goed uitgekozen. In de zomer heeft men de mogelijkheid om buiten onder de druivelaars zijn maaltijd te nuttigen. Een minpunt is de parkeergelegenheid. De parking van het hotel heeft 1 plaats voor gehandicapten en +/- 6 /7 plaatsen voor kleine auto’s. Wij waren steeds vroeg terug van onze uitstappen om een parkeergelegenheid in de dichte omgeving van het hotel te hebben.
