DO NOT BOOK HERE. It is all apart of a master plan to take money from good people. You will be charged much more money on your credit card after you click book than what it tells you prior to booking. You will also be charged a fee upon arriving as well as another fee when once you leave. If you question the owner on these fees he will tell you to either pay him or he'll call the police. Absolutely crazy.. I wish I would have done more extensive research before booking here as I learned the owner has been doing this for quite some time and has taken a lot of people's hard earned money in his scheme. I pray no one else falls into this money trap. Such a shame in todays day people continue to be greedy and have no care for others. I also tried to post a google review but the owner had it removed. Truly despicable.

All 5/5 reviews have to be from the owners family and friends, do not book here. The website is very misleading, there are extra costs when you arrive and leave. So make sure to read the fine print very clearly. There is no A/C in the cottages. The fridges do not work either. The owner was very odd, he was always around lurking, he yelled at my daughter because she had taken her wristband off. I've never had an experience like this staying at what I thought was a more high end place due to how costly it was. Disappointed is an understatement. You have to do better if you are charging guests an arm and leg to stay on your property.

Read the contract very carefully. Before booking make sure to get a document in writing from the owner of the total cost to ensure the owner won't over charge your card. Be aware that the cottages/rooms do not look like the photos as shown on the website. There is a lot of misleading information on their website and in responses to some reviews. As per my experience this is a total money grab and or a scam, not a family friendly "resort" to stay for a vacation or getaway.

Do not spend your hard earned money here! My family and I spent over 2,000.00 here for a 2 day stay. I could not believe how misleading the website is, the pictures online are nothing like in person. It is not kid-friendly by any means. Crowded with the loud, obnoxious teenagers that the owner allows on the beach even though it is supposed to be "private". We had brought our own fire wood for the fire pit to which we were not allowed to use but had to pay to buy fire wood from the owner. We were told that if we used our own firewood we would be asked to leave as per the contract that was not prohibited.. a complete scam if you will based on our experience. The cottage next door to us was blasting music throughout the night to which the owner said there isn't anything he could do about it. From word of mouth turn out it was the owners family. Yet after reading some reviews he actually had guests removed for not following the noise policy. Such a shame, this is not a real business, its a money grab. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

Most definitely seems to be a money grab more than anything. Prices are very high for what you get. A/C and fridge hardly worked. The young staff were very kind and helpful but owner is rude and doesn't care about the guest experience or stay. A lot of work to be done if you want your guests to return, first thing would be to change your rude demeanor and attitude.

My family and I were questioned more than once by the owner making sure we were the only ones in our cottage.. I guess he thought we had uninvited guests with us.. which we did not. Following that he was always around monitoring us. I understand rules and policies but it gets too far when you start to feel uncomfortable and having to watch your back. We paid a very high amount of money to stay here for the weekend to only be made uncomfortable. I saw that someone wrote it felt like a boot camp and that is 100% correct. I would not recommend booking here.
