Huge money grab.. location was very nice and beach seemed to be well kept, but for the high price paid we were expecting more. We booked one of the smaller cottages for 700.00/night and our fridge did not work, we had asked to switch units but were not allowed, although they did have someone come to look at it, they were there in our space for just over 2 hours, we were hoping for a nice calm short getaway but did not get that here.

The owner is a scammer! Please watch out for this place! Spread the word! Do not let your friends or family fall for this. Too many people have lost hundreds even thousands to this man.

We rented a cottage for the long weekend, Sunday to Monday. When we first got into the cottage I noticed our fridge did not work. We asked if we could switch rooms to one with a working fridge but the owner did not allow us to even though there were many empty cottages. He was not helpful at all. Moving forward to the evening we started a fire using our own wood that we brought, to which the owner came over and said we were not allowed to use our own wood but could buy wood from him. This was a shock. It was not cheap to book a night here so being told we can't even use our own wood but had to purchase from him was very frustrating. I explained my frustration to the owner regarding that and he said if we used our own wood again he would have us removed from the property. We did not feel safe here the remainder of our stay and left first thing in the morning. Nothing but a bad experience and waste of money.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. It is all apart of a master plan to take money from good people. You will be charged much more money on your credit card after you click book than what it tells you prior to booking. You will also be charged a fee upon arriving as well as another fee when once you leave. If you question the owner on these fees he will tell you to either pay him or he'll call the police. Absolutely crazy.. I wish I would have done more extensive research before booking here as I learned the owner has been doing this for quite some time and has taken a lot of people's hard earned money in his scheme. I pray no one else falls into this money trap. Such a shame in todays day people continue to be greedy and have no care for others. I also tried to post a google review but the owner had it removed. Truly despicable.

Way too over priced for what you get.. the beach was nice but for the price paid your better off just going to a beach for day as this spot wasn't anything special. Our A/C didn't work so we got in touch with the owner and he said it wasn't working because we must have broke it as it was apparently working before we had got there.. we hadn't even touched it. That was really the only negative experience. But way too costly overall.

Do not spend your hard earned money here! My family and I spent over 2,000.00 here for a 2 day stay. I could not believe how misleading the website is, the pictures online are nothing like in person. It is not kid-friendly by any means. Crowded with the loud, obnoxious teenagers that the owner allows on the beach even though it is supposed to be "private". We had brought our own fire wood for the fire pit to which we were not allowed to use but had to pay to buy fire wood from the owner. We were told that if we used our own firewood we would be asked to leave as per the contract that was not prohibited.. a complete scam if you will based on our experience. The cottage next door to us was blasting music throughout the night to which the owner said there isn't anything he could do about it. From word of mouth turn out it was the owners family. Yet after reading some reviews he actually had guests removed for not following the noise policy. Such a shame, this is not a real business, its a money grab. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.
