Don't stay here. It's far from the waterfall. The surrounding environment is poor. It's no different from a slum. There is no indoor parking lot. The hotel service is poor. I recommend staying at ** and Sheraton

The room is big. A microwave and a refrigerator are an advantage. Everything else is good. It is close to the city center and very convenient to take a bus. It is a very good experience. The room is relatively clean and hygienic. But the breakfast is very basic and of low quality. The service can be said to be the most amazing, bar none. The passport of the person who booked the room is required upon check-in and a copy should be kept. Also check the room before checking out. I have stayed in dozens of hotels in the United States and have never encountered the above situation. I feel like I am being treated differently. Bad review! ! !

This hotel is a great place to stay at especially if you're seeing family, a quick pit stop or a visit to Niagara Falls. The employees were very nice and kind. It's also one of the cleanest places that I've ever stayed at. They just need to put in print that there will be a security deposit at the time of check-in as part of a hotel policy. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

We had just stayed two days at the Microtel in Macedon. Seemed like It was a new hotel as nothing looked worn or outdated. Check in was very easy and I didn’t even have to sign anything. Now on the same weekend we travelled to Niagara Falls and the tour took twice as long as quoted so we decided to stay the night and found the Microtel in Niagra. Check in was vastly different. I had paperwork to fill out. Had to sign off on a $250 deposit for cleaning or whatever if we smoked in the room. Other than that, It was a place to sleep. Cheaper than any of the other hotels in the area.

A bit away from The falls about 15 mins drive but it’s good stay 😁. Not too far from a good restaurants and Target. We just regretted didn’t try the wings
