We had an amazing time at Vinpearl Luxury. Even though the weather wasn’t the best the staff ensured that we were well taken care of.
As a muslim the breakfast options was great and the staff were always willing to accommodate our requests.
The Spa staff were also amazing and we enjoyed our daily complimentary massages.
Would definitely love to return in the future…. Also the pics on the booking sites do not match the beauty of the actual facilities!

缺點：島上四家酒店這家是最貴的，但是衞生堪憂。第二天打掃後的地板還是有食物碎屑，衞生間的沐浴乳沒了也沒有加，新擺的盤子還佔著火龍果粒。打電話到前台投訴，反正也就這樣，最後過來放了沐浴乳。一個house keeping，來了好幾趟～
沒有小童或者成人activity
優點：酒店的SPA很不錯，在海邊，聽海浪聲很治癒。海水很清，可以看到魚羣游來游去。沙特沙子也很細軟。總體服務可以。早餐還可以，品種挺多。tuktuk也基本上隨叫隨到～

房間很乾凈，有迎賓水果盤。
酒店小姐姐耐心的介紹房間裏的每項設施。贈送的SAP體驗非常好，在旅途快要結束時選擇這裏絕對是最好的決定。另外前台小哥哥和小姐姐們也非常熱情，幫助我們找丟在wonder的東西，幫我們安排taxi去機場，總之很棒的酒店。

總體不錯，比隔壁萬豪和温佩好，因為是一層別墅，蚊子多點，但是配有蚊香很快殺死蚊子。島上酒店設施都舊了，酒店生意沒以前好了，設施也不更新了，所以空調不會太冷，偶爾會有悶熱感。但是這個奢華酒店很安靜，島上最安靜的酒店。島上環境也特別好

房間衞生乾淨，但是可能有點歷史，空調製冷不太行、地板嘎吱響，小泳池那裡有蜥蜴的叫聲，晚上一直在叫睡得不太好。值得稱讚的是：1.辦理入住衹需把護照交給工作人員，在大堂沙發上休息等候即可，2.幫辦理的工作人員會引領至房間，我的行李袋很重，她一直幫我提到房間，進入房間後還會逐一介紹所有功能，我見她工作認真仔細便真誠的拿出小費給她，她很高興同時拒絕了小費，忘記記錄這個工作人員的名字，希望她能得到表揚3.島上景色超絕！酒店的沙灘沙質細膩，海水超清澈，能看到海魚海鰻，晚上僅憑一點燈光也能看到海膽！

沙灘風景非常好，服務員會主動打招呼，早餐品種很豐富，米粉特別好吃。但是房間設施很舊，空調噪音挺大的。
