We had an unpleasant interaction with the new guy at reception, but the manager apologized and was very accommodating, showing clear customer focus! This is already our sixth time staying at this hotel — it feels like a home away from home.thnx

Room 1102 on the 11th floor overlooking the city and mountains. There is a local school with a sports ground under the windows. But with the windows closed it was quiet. The container worked well. There is a shower in the room. The bathroom is only in the rooms with a sea view. Towels are freely available by the pool, next to the entrance to the gym. On the beach there are about 7 umbrellas for the entire hotel and, accordingly, 5 sun loungers. Beach towels are also provided there. Breakfasts are delicious and varied 👍.

We stayed from 7.05.25 to 16.05.25. We liked everything. The room had a balcony, the sea view was stunning. The breakfasts were good - we didn't leave hungry. The linen was snow-white, they changed it regularly. Cleaning every day. Not a bad pool. Overall, we were satisfied.

Modern service, enthusiastic staff. Swimming pool is very clean and airy. Breakfast changes every day and is delicious.

The hotel is not bad. It has its own beach area. On weekends it is noisy, there are many locals.

The hotel is very good. It has a bathtub. There is a market nearby. It sells very cheap and convenient. The kids can soak in the pool for a day. The pool is also OK. The breakfast is OK. High cost performance. What else do you want at this price?

We stayed at the hotel in January-February 2025. We really liked the hotel, it was clean everywhere, the staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped with any problems that arose and always with a friendly smile. Abundant and delicious food for breakfast, everything is always fresh. We will definitely return to this hotel, and if we are in another place in Vietnam, then to this chain "Hotel TTC".

Excellent hotel for a short stay. If you like a hearty breakfast, then this is the place for you. A wide choice of dishes. Everything is very tasty. As for the location, the Cho Dam market and the bus station to the airport are within walking distance. 10 minutes on foot. There is a private beach, but because of the dirt from the river and strong waves it was not possible to swim, but in return there is an excellent pool. Keep in mind that many Chinese people stay at the hotel. Perhaps it is time to do cosmetic repairs and change the furniture, but this is not particularly annoying.

We were already in this hotel in 2018, we liked it then, and decided to check in here again for old times' sake. Looking ahead, I will say that the hotel was disappointing. By the way, in 2018 the hotel had 4 stars, now it has 5. But in my opinion, nothing has gotten better, quite the opposite. About an hour after we checked into the hotel, a cleaning lady came and tried to explain something with her fingers (she only speaks Vietnamese, and doesn't understand or speak a word of English). Naturally, we didn't understand her, but she pointed her finger somewhere on the table, as if she wanted to do something. We gestured for her to come in. She came up to the table, turned on the empty kettle, and started pointing at the light on the kettle. Okay, thanks, we know how to turn on the kettle, so what next? Then she goes to the phone near the bed, which, by the way, doesn't work, and tries to call. Then she goes to another phone in the bathroom, calls the reception and talks about something for a few minutes. In the end, it turns out that she mixed up the numbers and came to the wrong place. She leaves. The kettle has been on without water all this time. What a girl! The next day, almost immediately after breakfast, the cleaning lady comes. I tell her that cleaning is not required, just give us water and change the towels. It's strange, but in a 5-star hotel, the cleaners don't understand anything in English. Not even basic words that directly relate to their work, such as water, towel. After a minute of complete incomprehension of what I want from her, she turns around and leaves. I was a little taken aback. Fortunately, everything can be resolved with the reception staff. Now about the restaurant. There are signs everywhere warning about a fine of 100 thousand dong for uneaten dishes/food/meals. At the same time, we observed a scene where a restaurant employee simply threw the 4 absolutely normal pieces of watermelon that were left on the counter into the trash. This is hypocrisy. I would also like to note that there were still 30 minutes left before the end of breakfast, meaning that someone could have eaten this watermelon. During one of the breakfasts, a restaurant employee tried to take away a plate of fruit. I tell her that we are not finished yet, shake my head left and right, but she still reaches for this plate. On the third try, I realized that she should not touch the plate. Another time, another employee, also collecting dirty dishes around the restaurant, put her cart right next to our table (with trash, with dirty dishes), although she had the opportunity to roll it from the other side so as not to spoil our appetite. A gym employee was cleaning the treadmill at 7:30 in the morning. The gym is open from 6 in the morning. I want to come to the gym and run, not smell the smell of cleaning products. There is no water in the gym: no bottles, no cooler; you need to take it with you from your room. By the way, there are mosquitoes in the gym. Exercise machines: one treadmill makes noises that are hard on your nerves, the elliptical too, the dumbbells fade on your palms. The internet in the room is bad. The curtain in the bathroom is moldy and smells bad. The towels do not dry at all and quickly start to stink, you have to change them every day. There are about 10-12 sun loungers on the beach. Their condition, like the umbrellas, leaves much to be desired. We were "very lucky" and the rooms next to us were Chinese. This means that we woke up around 5 am every day, although we did not want this at all. The audibility is excellent. And the Chinese, always speaking in raised tones, can be heard from afar. In general, the hotel is mostly Chinese. The only thing I can praise is the breakfasts. They are really varied and tasty. But! One coffee machine per restaurant, which breaks down. No cheese (they put disgusting slices of processed cheese, cut in half right in the plastic packaging). Cold drinks are sickeningly sweet. In 2018, there was a buffet for dinner, now dinner is a la carte. To sum it up: the hotel was disappointing. I don't understand why the hotel got another star.

Very good hotel! Spacious room with panoramic window, ceiling air conditioner, cool pool (there are for children and adults), sun loungers on the beach, delicious varied breakfast. My children and I really liked it))) At first we booked for a few days, but ended up staying until the end of the vacation.

There are many things worth mentioning about this hotel, but the fact that it had a balcony and a bathtub, and the breakfast was delicious, was especially nice. The breakfast in particular had a wide variety of options, and the noodle dishes changed every day, which was great. They also provided freshly made fried eggs. There is a convenience store diagonally across from the hotel, so I think it's a convenient location for a stay.
