I can only said for the price you paid its a ok hotel best thing is the location next to gold coast mall and Lotte supermarket and 5 minute walk away from beach

Great place, the service was awesome, and the breakfast outstanding. The rooms were really comfy.

I've stayed 7 days in apartment. Location was really good and very near from beach. Lotte market was located on the next door. We've changed our room, because needed to be more comfy sofa. Host was very kindly and helpful. He arranged change room with quick.

Ok, the location is good, the hotel is tired, this is not a 4 star hotel, it might have been in the early 2000’s when it was new. The furniture is dated but comfortable,it need a good repaint and re carpet to bring it back to life, it’s cleanish but I guess we all have different standards and this isn’t as clean as a 3 star hotel should be, that being said it isn’t terrible either. The customer service is horrific! Don’t bother asking them for anything cause the can’t understand English and they don’t seem to care. This has been a very different experience of Vietnam for us as up until now everyone has been great. The breakfast is alright, other people have complained but it’s actually ok, it closes at 9:30 though so you have to go down for it by at least 8:30 for there to be fresh things put out. Our room was next to a service elevator so we could hear lots of noises during the night, it didn’t disturb us but it could some people if you are a light sleeper. I would probably look for somewhere else for next time but it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever been in.

Staff were great and very helpful. Decor was a bit dated. Room was large and comfortable and very good value for money.

One of the best hotel in Nha Teang. Amazing breakfast. Don't believe others who wrote about poor breakfast. A lot of fruits, meats, rice, deserts, etc. Big room, nice view free foot care in spa

Good hotel.

I had to book for 0.5 night stay, so choose this hotel since the hotel is right next to lotte mart. Still bit far from the main street. But we took uber, no problem. However, the room they first gave me was stink really really bad. It was literally someone smoked a bit ago. Thankfully, staff came to the room with the new room key and brought us to the another room. Staffs are kind and gentle. But you will get what you paid for (it’s really cheap) The hotel seems bit old.

I liked the location of the hotel, 3 minutes walk to the beach, the room was clean, they cleaned it every day, the air conditioner was silent. The furniture is new. The balcony is very small. There are a lot of vegetables, greens and fruits for breakfast, eggs. There are practically no meat dishes. We came for breakfast at the beginning of ten, there was not enough coffee. The hotel has a massage parlor, each guest is given a card for one free visit to herbal foot baths.

The location was good in Nha Trang city. The facilities were old but clean. The staff communicated well in English, which was nice.

Old hotel, but clean, very large rooms, cleaning every day. 5-7 minutes walk to the sea. Breakfasts are normal, there are fruits, scrambled eggs, pho bo soup, salads... Nearby is a Lotte Mart supermarket. The view from our balcony, though sideways, is a good view

This is not a hotel, this is Dracula's castle. Everything is not just old, it is very ancient. The hotel itself smells like an old granny. The room stinks terribly. It is simply unbearable to be there. The balcony is very narrow, it is impossible to put a chair. The breakfasts are also disgusting. Everything is eaten in the first hour, no one adds anything else. The food is not tasty. Everything is prepared disgustingly. Guests are not welcome in this hotel. The bathtub is plastic. There is no hot water. It was not possible to wash. They gave us a room with a view of the Lotte air conditioners. It is very noisy, it is impossible to sleep. There is a tennis court under the windows. We have stayed in many hotels in Nha Trang, but this is the worst Granny Hotel.

The location, rooms, hotel and lobby are all very good. There are many staff at the front desk who can speak simple Chinese, so communication is relatively convenient. The hotel has complete facilities and is a historical star hotel. It is very comfortable to live in and has a high cost performance. Convenient transportation, close to the beach, and you can walk to the beach in 200 meters. It is a very good hotel. Breakfast is also very OK, and many locals come to eat.

Clean, nice, but rather "tired" hotel, with a good location, about five minutes to the beach. The hotel does not have its own beach, sun loungers and umbrellas (although this was stated in the description). Very close by is a good large shopping center Lotte with a supermarket on the 3rd floor. They cleaned every day, nothing was missing from the room, although we left money and documents in the safe. The room is spacious, we got it on the 7th floor, where the pool is. The view from the window is to the sea, the balcony is only for standing and smoking, but many hotels are like that.. Breakfasts are very good, there is always a large selection of hot dishes, meat, fish balls, rice, noodles, vegetables, delicious soups. There are pastries, though not many. The coffee is so-so) The pool is nice, there are tables and sun loungers nearby. However, in February the water in it was icy, we were not able to swim)) in general I recommend it, for this money the offer is decent.
