I had a wonderful experience at this beautiful location! The outstanding food, and Carly's presence and exceptional service made my visit even more special. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was attended to, and her dedication really stood out. I highly recommend this place for a visit and stay—there's absolutely nothing negative to say about it!

Always a lovely experience at the Moorland. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the ambience is great. I always feel at home when I’m here- a real home away from home.

Returned for another short break with my family. Staff are really helpful and polite, gardens and outdoor seating area is beautiful! Rooms are tastefully done and comfortable. The food is wonderful and cater well for gluten free. You have the choice of eating in the pub part or restaurant over looking the grounds. Only fault was two of our families rooms weren’t properly cleaned each day. All in all though a great stay and we all look forward to returning next year.

We came for lunch. What a beautiful place. We were just passing by and decided to drop in on the off chance. We were promptly seated in the restaurant. Service was excellent and the fish and chips were delicious. We would like to thank Carly for her kind welcome. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful hotel, full of charm and character. Room bright, spacious and clean. Nice to have all the amenities you’d expect, plus a full sized iron/board, fan, Dyson hair dryer, robes, slippers and aromatic pillow mist. Lovely terrace and gardens and a superb evening meal.
