I didn't like anything about the property.The outside looks nice .When the entrance door opens.The smell of pot cigrettes andhits you in the face liquor The place is dirty.The tile floors were badneeded some serious cleaning.Go down the hall to elevator the carpet had grease in severalbig spots the enterace to the elevort had black grease right when you walk in..2nd floor #223 was horrible. Smelled like sour.couldnt take your dhoes off .Coffee maker didnt work.The bathroom is real dirty mold everywhere .The shower need cleanedit was bad. No bath soap..Drapes were dirty.i went to talk to the guy at the desk but i cant stand for very long after 15 minutes i was ready to fall.never seen the guy.im upset and nobody cares.

This hotel marked us as a no-show through ******* and made us pay for regular room rate and pretended it was an incidentals hold. So we were charged through ******* and through the hotel. They also did not even give us the room that we had booked and the room that we were given was way too small for our family size. They proceeded to tell us that they had no other rooms available and that we had to stay somewhere else or get what we get. Our son had to sleep on the floor as they did not have rollaway’s available.
The amount of homeless men that were outside lingering was very scary. And this hotel is also located right in the center of a very large cemetery.
When we contact ******* to try to get them to contact the hotel to fix all of the issues, the hotel was very rude to the ******* customer service rep and continue to hang up on him stating that he was not going to help with this issue.
Overall, you should remove this property and prevent anyone else from ever staying here ever again.

This property is being used to house homeless or low income families. The property smelled terrible. The carpeting was filthy and stained in all areas. The air conditioning worked great but everything else was dirty, worn out, and just terrible. Had to plug in lights around bed to get outlets to work.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We noticed our room wasn’t cleaned , open soap still in shower and lots of hair in drain. The breakfast options were decent for continental breakfast but flys were everywhere. Kind of grosse.
Beds were comfy at least . Could hear alot friday night from surrounding rooms but not bad.

Pretty sure the sheets on our bed had not been changed when we checked in and the bathtub had long blonde hair in the drain screen( my hair is short and dark and I hadn’t taken a shower yet).

I slept so good. The man at check in was very, very nice and Soo busy. He even took time to put batteries in our remote we stayed Friday June 13-14. We were there for a funeral. When I made reservations, the lady asked what was bringing us there, I said a family funeral, she was so very sweet and sent her condolences. The price was very good, too thank you

Internet: sucks. Breakfast: sucks. Cable television: sucks. I will say the bed was nice and firm and after a couple of complaints, they replaced the whole AC unit. So I guess the service was okay.
