This Holiday inn is old and outdated. The room was rough. The bed in the room was broken, and the bathroom is worn out. The room price is way over for what you get.

Good Stay
We were in town to move our son into Hesston College. This hotel was 10ish mins from campus, with easy access to the interstate.
Room was fairly comfortable.
Staff was vey friendly.
For hotel breakfast it was pretty good.

During my recent stay, I was disappointed by several issues that impacted my experience:
The room and common areas lacked cleanliness.
Food served was cold.
No welcome or orientation was provided, and no recommendations for nearby restaurants.
The power went out multiple times during my stay.
The pool had an excessive amount of chlorine.
Water pressure was very low, making it difficult to flush the toilet.
No makeup remover towels were available.
No complimentary bottled water was provided to guests.
Overall, these factors made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope management will address these concerns to improve the guest experience.

This hotel is in poor shape. My family stayed here in July and this is what they related to me: The first room they were given had an air conditioning unit that leaked, and a fan was put on the floor to dry the continuing leakage. The next room had something wrong with the lock, and they had to have the key cards changed three times before the door would open. My daughter got a call in the middle of the night from her son, who was in another room on a different floor. There was a lizard, a skink, running around their room. It was over two feet long. My son-in-law caught it and took it outside. The hallways were warm instead of being air conditioned. This hotel is NOT suitable for travelers, in my opinion. Management was very nice, but nice isn't what it needs -- repair work is what this hotel needs - badly.

Nice overnight
Overnight stay. I enjoyed the extra upholstered chair to sit and read with lamp. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was not as good as I would have liked but was ok.

Great stay
We appreciated our stay here very much! The building is nicely renovated and clean. Breakfast was better than most hotel offerings, loved the cinnamon rolls!
We stayed for two nights and would gladly return.

Multiple issues with the room. Bathroom door was literally falling off the hinges, door lock was broken, ligj5s besides the ned are out, remote doesn't work well. Tv is way too loud but cant hear voices. Tubwas extremely dirtyand stained.
