An older motel, but kept very clean and in good repair. We found it to be quiet and offer a comfortable bed to sleep in. For the price and location, it is about the best bang for the buck to be had in the area. We notice that vendors and repairmen use it. Wifi is not that great. Complimentary breakfast is limited, but offers coffee, juice, oatmeal, poptarts, yogurt and fresh fruit. A great breakfast restaurant, the Pig anf Pancake, is a block away.

Good enough we’d stay there again If it was cheaper than much nicer places. It was about $100 less than the next tier of lodging in Newport that weekend. Good location, renovated room, comfortable bedding. Clean enough if you don’t look in the corners. There is not breakfast if you need a meal. A few grab and go options and coffee. And there was a charge for cold drinks as I learned when I came back from running and stopped in the lobby for water.

This place is terrible. Do not stay. I asked for a non smoking room but the room smelled heavy of smoke and had other foul smell. Blanket had cigarette burns. Room had no air conditioner or it wasnt working. Had to open the door to air out room. Did not sleep. Manager was rude.

The property was average. The bathroom had buildup in the corners and no cover on the tub drain so I could see hair down in it. The real problem was the front desk person who had a very rude demeanor. He overcharged my card, never offered an apology and it too a week to see a refund. I would NEVER stay there again.

Only stayed a single night. Staff was very welcoming. Room was good sized. Not a lot of road noise being right off the highway.
