The property was every bit as nice as most of the Hilton or Conrad’s we’ve stayed at over the years. The lady at the front desk was kind and welcoming, we even chatted with two friendly ladies from the housekeeping staff in the elevator. Comfortable bed, linens and pillows along with being very clean in both the room and common area.

What a great hotel. The staff was super friendly and accommodating - especially to our family’s feather-free needs (shout out to front desk Brittany). The breakfast staff was super friendly as well.

During our stay we had a room that was leaking water from several spots in the ceiling from a sprinkler pipe breaking in the middle of the night. Totally unsafe! We had to hurry and pack belongings go to front desk and demand a new room after being told “maintenance was on their way everything will be fine”. After being placed in a different room with less amenities we original book months out we were told they couldn’t do anymore for us and charged full price.

Good hotel with friendly welcoming staff
It was a good stay. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I found the people working at the hotel to be friendly and welcoming. I swam in the pool and worked out in the gym several times. Both are well maintained. The food in the hotel restaurant was also good. The only disappointment was that housekeeping came to my room one time during my 5 day stay. I did not hang a sign on my door saying I didn’t want service or not to be disturbed.

Dirty. For the price? In proximity to…. Nothing? Nope I wanted to leave but my husband wouldn’t let me for no other reason than the guy at check in was the nicest person however he couldn’t have changed the issues with this establishment. I survived the night but would never and I mean never stay here again

The front desk staff was fantastic—friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended. The room was a mess. The shower was visibly dirty with someone else’s hair still in it, the carpet clearly hadn’t seen a vacuum in a while, and there was actual food—candy and nuts—under the bed, easily visible right near the edge. Surfaces were grimy, and the thick layer of dust wasn’t new. This wasn’t just missed—it had been neglected for a long time.
The front desk deserves five stars. The room? Not even close.

Our family has stayed at MANY Hilton hotels over the years. This time our experience was such that it requires commentary. I am writing this to say what extraordinary service Dillon McGuire provided while there. Dillon was everything one could want from someone serving in a front desk perspective. Prompt, respectful, friendly, professional, Dillon went out of his way to ensure our stay was beyond the norm.
