Good service.

When I call the hotel, I can get an operator but then they transfer me to the front desk no one picks up. It’s just the only hold music then it hangs up.

Very convenient for the airport with free shuttle bus, rooms are average don’t expect better than a 3 star, although customer service is very good from reception team.

Good points are that it is convenient to get to the airport via the freeholder shuttle bus. And the staff show excellent customer service skills. Rooms are big. Nice gym. Bad points are the rooms are shabby, adjoining doors means you can hear your neighbours, bathroom and rooms have seen better days.

Bedside USB ports are down. The other parts are good. The room is spacious as well.

Excellent service. Hotel personnel were friendly and tremendously helpful.

Wait too long for the food in restaurant.

It's was hygienic and i enjoyed stay

At DoubleTree, you get cookies when you check in, but I didn't get any this time... I went back later and got some! The amenities are also minimal. There are no bathrobes to wear as sleepwear. There are no toothbrushes either, so please bring your own!

The hotel has a shuttle bus, which is available 24 hours a day, which is very convenient. The room is an old-fashioned American hotel, a bit old, but overall it is good
