The room is clean, with drinking water, coffee, a fridge, and a hairdryer. The bed is soft with plenty of pillows. The bathroom is divided into wet and dry zones, and the water pressure is good. **This particular room has a loft, and the stairs are quite steep. Please be careful with children and the elderly when going up and down.** **The bed in the loft can accommodate one person. You'll need to turn the air conditioning up high; otherwise, it will be hot upstairs, but the downstairs will get very cold as they share the same AC unit. The second-floor zone has a balcony perfect for relaxing, enjoying the view, and catching the breeze (for rooms 7-14). The owner is very friendly and personally takes care of everything with great attention to detail. The staff are lovely. There's a 500 baht deposit, which is refunded upon check-out."

"I booked a balcony room, but when I asked why it was on the first floor, the staff member opened a back door for me! It was clearly a balcony, which was a nice surprise! The room was quite spacious, and the cleanliness was acceptable, though the bathroom floor never seemed to dry completely, likely due to an uneven surface. Good thing I brought my own slippers! The location is great, right between the bus station and the train station, both about a kilometer away, with the train station being slightly closer. The bar street is also about a kilometer away. There are plenty of food options nearby, including a 7-Eleven."
