"本來對這附近的酒店沒抱太高期待，選這家是因為它比周邊同區域的酒店新一些，價格也稍高，所以反而多了點期待。到店後前台辦理入住的態度還行，沒想到後續體驗槽點越來越多。
首先房間是新裝修的，進去能明顯聞到味道，住着介意的會不太舒服；然後衞生間下水道不通暢，堵了好多頭髮絲，水一直積着，最後還是自己動手清理的。最煩的是房間沒配牙刷牙膏，去前台要的時候正好值班人員不在，是個大嬸接待的，我説明情況説大概是最裡麪的房間、暫時記不清房號，她直接讓我“確認好再來”，當時真覺得莫名其妙。
最後要説隔音問題，半夜五點多隔壁還是樓道的住客大聲聊天“暢談”，聲音聽得一清二楚，直接被吵得沒法休息。"

"今天住的酒店真的服務太好了，前台的兩個漂亮的小姐姐我要大大的誇獎她們，
首先是貼心，看到我的父母比較疲憊，乾脆利落的先辦好一張房卡讓我父母先去休息，因為入住時衹有二樓有房，還主動要幫我們搬行李。
入住後我的父母沒有看到放在穿衣凳下方的一次性拖鞋，誤以為沒有，跟前台説了，前台的小姐姐很快就有送上來兩幅拖鞋
其次是耐心，因為我們想加熱自己帶的食物，酒店沒有微波爐，長髮的小姐姐幫我們拿到酒店旁邊的飯店，請店主幫我們進行了加熱
因為換季，嘴脣有點發紅，想買個脣膏，問了前台哪邊有超市，短髮的小姐姐非常熱情的帶我出了酒店門，給我指出超市的位置，就差親自帶我過去了！太熱情了
回了酒店看到酒店配備又洗衣機，烘乾機，就想洗洗衣服，又去了前台，還是他們給我用一次性水杯裝了半杯洗衣液
