Spa Hotels in New York

The location is nice, close to Times Square. The hotel is clean, as other Hilton hotels. Breakfasts are good too, with very pleasant service. But there are some things that left that bitter feeling after my stay that I would like to share. 1. Destination charge. This is the second Hilton hotel in New York I have stayed at, and both charged additional USD35 for so-called destination fee per night. As the receptionist said, it’s MANDATORY. This 35 dollars are charged per day and the guest must use it the same day, they don’t even accumulate. How do you spend it? In the hotel restaurant or bar. What can you buy with it? Three bottles of drinking water, or two cans of beer…. Why am I forced to spend my money on the things that I don’t need and that are so overpriced? You already charged me for the room, and I happily paid for it. 2. The hotel page here shows a picture of “swimming”. It’s a rooftop swimming pool. I was excited to have a chance to spend some time in the pool. The reception said there was none. Please remove the picture from the page, as it is misleading. 3. There is no tea or coffee in the room. That’s the amenity available in every hotel, even the cheap ones. But when we called the service, they said: no, we don’t offer coffee or tea. But they did bring us a kettle:) I can see that it’s not listed in the available amenities here, but I didn’t even expect that. It’s such a little thing that makes your guest’s stay more comfortable. Anyways, it was quite a pleasant stay despite these unpleasant details. Thank you.

The hotel room, location, and sanitation are all good, so I will choose this place again if I come back in the future. I don't think it will affect sleep Of course, you can tell the front desk to choose a higher floor when you check in. There is also a $30 fee mentioned by many people. If it is included in the reservation, then make it clear to the front desk that the fee included in our destination tax can be paid. Spend at the bar and exchange for items such as Central Park ride tickets! The Evian water in the room has never been used, so be sure to check the bill when you check out! My girlfriend and I stayed in a large king suite complete with balcony and stunning view of NYC over the East River. We had an excellent room service breakfast the following morning. Would def recommend and return again one day!

We recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of New York City, and it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the 9/11 Memorial and Battery Park, where we easily caught the ferry to the Statue of Liberty. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a great start to our days of exploring. Our room was spacious and comfortably accommodated three people without any issues. It was well-maintained and provided all the amenities we needed. One of the standout features was the $25 voucher provided daily for the minibar, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Additionally, the area around the hotel had plenty of shops, making it convenient to pick up anything we needed or enjoy some shopping. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in downtown New York with easy access to major landmarks and excellent amenities.

As an IHG member, I am glad I picked this intercon hotel to stay in for our NY vacation and my Carnegie Hall performance debut trip. This hotel is in central location and all staffs, from doormen, concierge, frontdesk and cleaners-- all were excellent! We'll use this hotel again if we come back to NY.

I really like the Sheraton Hotel, this place is really very satisfying, highly recommend for a relaxing holiday, the service is quite good and friendly and very clean, and complete equipment will not disappoint

The service is absolutely good. Although the facilities are not new, they are absolutely good. What is lacking is that there is no early dinner, and the lobby does not have the usual hotel drinking water supply

I stayed for 3 days, and the service staff was very responsive and the room was spacious and comfortable. It's also close to SOHO, so it's in a very good location, so I think it's a good area for sightseeing.

If you're planning on moving to Brooklyn, the location is great. The market is nearby, the famous Dumbo is right next to it, and the view is great. However, the area under the bed was not clean and there was too much dust. The facilities were nice with the latest + natural concept. There was construction going on next to the hotel, but it wasn't noisy and it's a hotel I want to visit again.
