Sheraton Brooklyn has a spacious room. Very Friendly staff. I lost my phone in their lobby and their people are so quickly to respond. Very clean and affordable and so easy to get to brooklyn bridge and dumbo. We had fun biking our way there.

I booked a balcony room and was moved to a suite as they had oversold the balcony rooms. Suite was clean and accomodating. I would say the bathroom may need attention as there was mold near the shower and the toilet roll holder was coming off the wall. Other than that, loved the size and welcoming feel of the suite.

Rooftop belongs to a restaurant that you must access through the Aloft hotel.. Shower heads are old and horrible. The HVAC unit is extremely loud. The towel rod literally came out the wall. The vending/ice machine area is very motel-ish. The cleanliness of the bathroom was bare minimal

Be careful, especially if you are having a business trip, they issued a wrong invoice with wrong information and weren't able to correct. The generated invoice seems to have a refundable security deposit, because in the summary they put the cost of the first night as zero and the total payment made is without the first night, but they never do any kind of reimbursement. From my point of view, this could be considered tax evasion. They told you to just ignore the summary pages.

The heater was malfunctioning. The room temperature was keeping on 72 degrees. The shower head was so old, only one pattern of water flowing was working. No extra blanket in the closet. The room was across the elevator. I could hear many people were talking and laughing when they were stepping out of the elevator. Worsted experienced. Good thing is hotel located next to the subway entrance.

The location is not bad. U can easily get into the Subway. The room is a bit small but it is worth the price. Also, the view is also excellent. Overall I would recommend it

We arrived early and paid extra for access to the executive lounge. ($50) This was a complete waste of money as there was no food or drink, and the hot drinks machine was not working properly. The room itself was decent but the shower wasn't working properly either. Not a great hotel for the price and certainly not worth recommending to others!

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The service was impeccable, especially at the front desk: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The room, although a bit small, was very comfortable and clean, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location is a bit far from the center, but it's close to a train station with easy access to Manhattan and other areas of interest. If you know your way around the city using the MTA app, getting around the city will be much easier. Plus, there are several restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel, which adds convenience to your stay. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is in Brooklyn and has a good location for our travel destination. The room is very clean and convenient for travel. There are shops and restaurants around. There is a small garden in front of the hotel, which also has a dog park. It is very good.

The location is excellent, with many subway lines around, and convenient travel. The hotel is quite satisfactory, and it cannot be compared with domestic four-star hotels. Only one bottle of free water is provided, and other than shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, nothing else is provided. There is rail transportation to the airport, and you need to change trains.

This is the second time I booked this hotel. The room is clean but a little small. The transportation is convenient. There are several subways nearby. There are many restaurants. There is a Chinese restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, which is convenient for ordering. There are also Macy's, Trader Joe's and Target next to the hotel.

The quality of this hotel is unstable. I stayed for 6 days from January 24th to 30th. I felt very good 👍, then went to the south for a few days. I came back and booked again. The room I was given was particularly bad. Room 09 was 90 degrees next to the room next to it and faced the elevator. For some reason, there was a roaring sound in the room. It might be the sound of the elevator. People who have trouble sleeping should never take room 09.
