Nice for a work trip, very good location in south manhattan.

Decent place to stay! The free breakfast is good plus. I definitely recommend it.

I don’t understand why there are so negative reviews for this hotel, the hotel is brand new and I did not face any elevator waiting issues even during weekends. Surely coming back to this plave when I am in New York.

The overall living quality is very good and recommended. The breakfast is quite rich, and there is free coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day.

The room was so small that there was almost no place to put the suitcases. The elevator was so slow that you had to wait for 15 minutes. What was even more terrible was that the old air conditioner was like a tractor that made my head hurt. I couldn't sleep at all on the first day. I complained to the front desk and they said they would send a technician to repair it. At night, it was still a night of bombing. I quickly escaped after two terrible nights and never saw it again.

- When I checked in, I was a little embarrassed because the Indian spoke English too fast. - I couldn't understand, so I got annoyed and a little nervous. - So it was very uncomfortable, but the staff I met the next day for 10 days were the most kind. - The breakfast was also very delicious, and it was close to most of the attractions, so it was a satisfactory trip.

Nice room, relatively new, clean

Although the room is small and fully functional, the subway is just outside the door. It is very convenient to go to various attractions. The breakfast service is good. Coffee, bread, yogurt, sausages, and fruits are all basically there, and more are added constantly.
