The staff are really friendly and make up for this busted hotel. It’s a rustic style but the interiors are scuffed, dirty, poorly cleaned/maintained and the rooms are the size of a children’s shoebox. Super dark interiors too with little to no natural light - couldn’t wait to check out. Location is excellent though and the bed was ok too.

The room is very small, it feels worse than the domestic chain hotels. The room we were assigned was a window room. Anyway, it was just for one night, so it was okay. Overall, I don't recommend it.

Top hotel, superb location and really comfortable bed. I had asked for a little something for my partner's birthday and they offered us a slice of cake (really delicious) in the room upon our arrival with a little birthday note.

The hotel is not big, the room is small, the air conditioner is very noisy, and I was told that I need to pay extra if I want to change the room. The only thing is that it is close to Times Square and convenient for dining.

The room is so small that a 26-inch suitcase can't be opened, but it doesn't matter since it's in the center of the universe 😂 The main point is that there is no socket at the bedside! You have to put it on the desk to charge it! A strange smell came from nowhere in the middle of the night, a sweet smell of paint, so pungent and disgusting that I covered my nose to sleep It's absolutely a big deal

It's a few minutes' walk from Times Square, and it's really in the city center. I booked it last minute, seeing that the room rate was rising. The room was small, but clean. The decoration was black.

The location is good, prime location, but the room is very small, maybe even in New York.
