Excellent location. The breakfast is good enough to start your day. Front desk staff is helpful and responsive. Parking is nearby but a bit expensive, just slightly lower than the typical rate in Manhattan. Don’t forget to validate your ticket at the front desk in hotel before getting your car.

The staff was amazing. Ariel checked us in and encouraged his team to volunteer at the NY 5boro bike ride. It was wonderful because we got to see him and his team at the rest stop. It was nice seeing someone we connected with. Ariel was friendly and kind and very helpful. The breakfast the hotel offered was delicious , fresh and nice variety.  The only issue we had was the room we stayed in the carpet was sticky in one spot. The staff was very responsive and would take care of it for the next guest. We didn’t tell anyone still we were leaving, because, it didn’t bother us.

There is a walk towards the subway with a small room but gets the job done.

Simple very basic no frill hotel like any other holiday inn express. customer service is non existent and dont bother paying extra for breakfast too.

PROs: 1. Free breakfast is convenient and decent; Be sure to go earlier because it can get busy 2. A few minutes away from train stations 3. Fairly priced for a hotel in NY CONs: 1. It’s just rooms and a breakfast hall. The hotel is cramped and there are only around 3-4 rooms per floor. 2. The room is quite small as well. Not much storage to properly put iron, coffee machine, and safe. Good for solo travellers. Can be challenging for couples or business travellers because of personal space. 3. No gym or whatsoever. Walk around the area or visit a park for your exercise routine.

Very clean hotel, fantastic breakfast. Professional and courteous staff. The Manager called our room 10 minutes after check in to make sure our accommodations were ok. I highly recommend staying here. Great price, great location and safe area.

Clean hotel room and in the prime spot for pier 17 rooftop venue. I would highly recommend! The regular king room is a little small but great for just to sleep. Breakfast is also great!

Free water, coffee, and herbal teas at the entrance. The room includes a buffet breakfast (not very varied), but good!

The location is good, 5 minutes walking distance from Wall Street subway station. You can ask the front desk for two bottles of water every day. Unfortunately, there is no laundry room like other Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast period ends early, it is recommended to go early, if you go in the last half hour, some dishes may not be replenished. The breakfast omelett and pancakes are also good, and you can pour a cup of coffee at any time, which is also good. When checking in, the front desk Destiny was very enthusiastic and helpful.

The room is a bit small but it is a good value for money in this location
