Great location, walking distance to Times Square. We went there during Thanksgiving and it is right by Macy’s Thanksgiving parade. Highly recommended!

Rooms are very small but hey it's New York you shouldn't be spending much time in it other than to sleep. Very clean facilities inside and out. Very surprised by the outside cleanliness. All the businesses took such good care of their outsides. My only disappointment was there wasn't a mini fridge or even a microwave in the room and my safe was missing a battery so didn't work.

It was lovely stay, loved the ambience and just a general stay.

Great hotel

The environment is special and the location is very good. It is in the center of Manhattan and close to various scenic spots. The room is small. No breakfast is provided. But hot coffee and hot water are also good. You just need to study hard.

It's an 8-minute walk from Penn Station, and it's very close to Time Square, Empire State Building, and Fifth Avenue. The entrance is too small or you may accidentally walk past it. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, but I didn't expect the staff to let us check in. After sitting on the plane for more than 20 hours, it was really warm in such a cold day. The staff was also very kind, and it was cheap in the city center. I will choose this place in the future💗

There was construction going on outside that night, it was noisy, but otherwise it was fine

The hotel is in a great location, just two streets away from Macy, and is convenient for food, clothing, housing and transportation, but the facilities inside the house are a bit old.

The service is average, the lobby is small, and luggage storage is charged

The price is the best among the nearby hotels, so don't expect too much

I didn't like it

I arrived and the hotel was closed for renovations and I was not notified. They wanted to send us to queens. We had to fight for no. There they placed us in a hotel of theirs on 16e of 30 st, 5 blocks away. The Best Western Empire state with tiny rooms and that even with our requests, they cleaned only 1 day in 7 days, we had to claim for towels, garbage removal, bad and tiny. I bought a room with a sofa and daily cleaning and it did not happen
