ALL the staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The room was enough for one person but might be a bit tight for more. The bed was soo comfortable. I'm not sure of branding PREMIER. But amenities were all good.

The location is amazing and the service is very good. I requested for a late check-out and it was allowed, also they didn’t charge extra for keeping the luggage as my flight was later that day.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Great location. Everything you could need for a short break to the city.

Great location, walking distance to Times Square. We went there during Thanksgiving and it is right by Macy’s Thanksgiving parade. Highly recommended!

Rooms are very small but hey it's New York you shouldn't be spending much time in it other than to sleep. Very clean facilities inside and out. Very surprised by the outside cleanliness. All the businesses took such good care of their outsides. My only disappointment was there wasn't a mini fridge or even a microwave in the room and my safe was missing a battery so didn't work.

Stayed one more night. The location on 36th Street (between 5th and 6th) is good. The main attractions are within a half-hour walk. The room is indeed small, but I am content with it in this place where every inch of land is valuable. After putting the suitcase, there is almost no place to step. I didn't eat the hotel breakfast. Overall, it was good.

The room is a bit small, but it is just right for one person. The location is very convenient, in the heart of Manhattan. You can walk to the client's place. The surrounding dining and shopping are very convenient. If you are traveling to New York for sightseeing or business, you can consider staying here for a few days.

The location is good for sightseeing. The bus stop is not very close, but it is easily accessible. The heating is a bit lacking, and the noise from the next room is too loud, so I wouldn't recommend it if you are sensitive.

The rooms are all independent air conditioner window units, which are very noisy. There is no daily cleaning. There is no daily coffee replenishment.

The location is very good, only ten minutes away from Times Square, Broadway, Madison Square Garden, and the Empire State Building. There are delicious pizza and ice cream shops around. Dan Social, one of the best nightclubs in New York, is not far downstairs. It is also very convenient to take the subway and bus. Most of the hotels in this area are old hotels with old facilities. You can choose what you need.
