Dear Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. I checked out on July 5, expecting, as promised by the manager, either a sincere apology or a full credit for one night due to the unacceptable conditions I experienced. Unfortunately, I was only issued a $20 credit, which does not adequately address the inconvenience and discomfort of having to sleep in a room that was clearly infested, as evidenced by a cockroach I found near the bathroom shortly after checking in. The room was unclean, and the presence of pests made it impossible to feel safe or comfortable. Moreover, I was very disappointed by the attitude of some of the staff, who were dismissive and unprofessional when I raised my concerns. This lack of courtesy and care only added to my frustration. The manager had acknowledged at the time that the situation was highly inconvenient and assured me that I would receive a credit for one night. Confusion when checking In
I was told when I got there that someone under my name was checked in. It made me very nervous. The clerk went to my room and checked to see if anyone was there- about 5min later he walked down the stairs and another gentleman walked down on the other side of stairs at the same time. Not sure if this was coincidence. It made me uncomfortable to sleep. I was nervous,. the clerk was very pleasant and apologized several times for the confusion. He stated another staff member checked me in =-something about a 3rd party reservation. i stayed here almost every week for the last few months with no issues. That is the only reason I didn't given it more stars, which i usually do.
