Fabulous experience from start to finish. Bright, cheerful room, spotlessly clean and the staff~stellar. I’ve already booked my next stay. Lisa goes above and beyond in assisting guests. Two chairs are available for use in the sand. Multiple seating and umbrellas on the grounds. Large U-shaped seating outside to get to know the other guests if you so choose.

This independent 5 room hotel is right on the beach. Each room as a private patio area with two chairs and a small table, perfect for watching the ocean while drinking a morning coffee. The larger shared lawn area has umbrellas and beach chairs for relaxing by the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable and come with microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The owners and staff are welcoming and very accommodating. The hotel is an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants of Flagler Street. There were several days we never used our car - a real bonus in our book. We booked the accessible room and found it well suited for wheelchair use.

This place was a recommendation for our Niece who was getting married. I would stay hear in the summer since it has direct access to the beach. Close to everything. The bed was super comfortable. I stay a minimum of 75 nights a year in hotels, so when I say comfortable that’s a true compliment.

What a lovely hotel! We stayed for one night and I wish we stayed for more. It’s kitschy and cute, and the patio doors opened to the most beautiful view of the ocean. Parking was included, and we were able to walk to a variety of fun bars and restaurants. Good wifi and a comfy bed as well. Make sure that you pay attention to the check in times as it’s quite limited. Our booking site said check in was 2-5 pm, but we were informed upon arrival that check in was 1-4 pm. Not a big issue but something to keep an eye on. We would happily return.

I've stayed at the Salty Mermaid several times, I live in NSB so it's close but a great place for a staycation. You can park your car and don't have to drive anywhere while you are there. I love that they have golf carts to rent and provide you with everything you need for a beach day. Very clean rooms, comfy beds and always a wonderful experience.

This quaint, boutique hotel was absolutely wonderful! Room was immaculate and had a beach flair . Bathroom, amenities , towels , beach chairs , bedding and mattress were excellent . Walk out sliding doors and step onto the beach and walk for miles in either direction ! Bonus to see rocket launch one night from Cape Canaveral - and perfect starry, moonlit nights . Walking to distance to a charming town with unique gift shops and dining . We will definitely be returning ! Parking was optimal with reserved spaces directly in front of your front door ! Staff was kind and accommodating and after hours check in was a breeze ! Highly recommend a stay at the Salty Mermaid !

Love everything about the experience, have stayed here many times, no.complaints! We are actually coming in November with all three of our sons and their wives taking up four rooms! We would stay here every weekend if we could hahaha.

We wanted to stay at the beach just to relax and enjoy the beach as if we lived there. We needed a location that would give us easy access to the beach, minimal interaction with other guests, comfort and quality. This is the only way to go.

The atmosphere was jovial but mellow. The decor was perfection. The service impeccable. It's within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. And, the beach,oh the beach was just a few steps away and impeccably kept. I felt like I was at my own private beach.
