Courtyard New Orleans Warehouse Arts District

Good breakfast even tho it’s not free,Starbucks bistro,sitting area terrific,big flat screen tv ,u can sit down and enjoy a good football game in the courtyard on a beautiful Sunday

I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights while attending a business conference, and it was the worst experience I’ve had at a Marriott property in a long time. The hotel is currently undergoing much-needed renovations, which were not disclosed at the time of booking. If your room faces the nightclub next door, be prepared for loud music every night from around 7 p.m. until 2 a.m. The hotel provides earplugs in the room, which honestly feels like a joke—sleep was nearly impossible. Upon check-in, I was told that housekeeping would not be offered during my stay, so I didn’t bother using the “Do Not Disturb” sign. However, when I returned to my room on the second day, I found that someone had entered and left a brochure on the nightstand. Finding that someone had entered my room without permission was unsettling. To make matters worse, on the second night, someone banged loudly on my door in the middle of the night. By the time I woke up and looked through the peephole, no one was there. It was extremely unnerving, especially given the other issues I had already experienced. When I raised these concerns—along with the hair I found in my bed at check-in and the poor overall condition of the property—the manager was completely dismissive. Every concern was met with an excuse: apparently, it was a “sales coordinator” who authorized the flyers being placed in rooms, and I was told I could have called housekeeping at 10 p.m. to have my bed remade since “they don’t leave until 11.” There was zero accountability for any of the problems I encountered. Between the noise, lack of transparency, poor cleanliness, safety concerns, and unprofessional management, I will never stay at this property again. I’ll also be advising my company to avoid booking this hotel for future conferences.

This past weekend we stayed at the hotel to partake of WHITE LINEN NIGHT in the wearhouse district of the city. The hotel is situated just steps from the occasion, couldn't ask for a better location! Upon entering the hotel we took note of the spacious inviting lobby. It had a lovely painting of old New Orleans and a mural depicting musical NOLA. There were a number of people congregated in groups throughout the room enjoying the ambience and convenience of the room; giving a nice feel of the place. My husband and I loved our quiet balcony room off of the swimming pool area on the third floor which included a comfortable king size bed, an amazing loveseat and the room was exceedingly clean!!! Yes indeed, I recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this Marriott. This is one of the cleanest hotels in the city. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The food was delicious and the hotel lobby smelled great!! Mr. Josh Norah went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and wonderful. We will be back!!
