"Although check-in was a bit of a hassle and entirely self-service, the service was excellent, making it suitable for guests who can communicate fluently in English. There's a 24-hour coffee and hot cocoa service downstairs. The facilities are very good; the pictures and actual items are exactly as pictured. The bedding includes a duvet cover, much better than the quilted linens typical of American hotels. All appliances are provided: pots, pans, dishwasher, and washing machine. There's a supermarket similar to Hema within walking distance, which is very convenient. Before we left, we returned all the facilities to the check-in counter, so the cleaning staff only needed to vacuum and change the linens. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Yale campus and Central Park. I lost some items at the hotel, and when I contacted customer service two days later, they responded promptly. A cleaning staff member even came back to the apartment to return them to me. It's a very nice place to stay. The property management downstairs isn't part of the hotel, but they were also very helpful and even contacted the hotel's customer service for me. It's entirely self-service, so a minimum level of English is recommended. Highly recommended!"
