"We were visiting the school, and this was the worst hotel with terrible service! I booked a king-size bed plus a sofa bed, which cost 300 yuan more than a standard room. However, the dark-skinned woman at the front desk was very unfriendly. When I got to the room, I found it was a standard room. I went downstairs to talk to her, and she was full of lies, saying they had upgraded us to two beds because the room I booked was no longer available. We immediately reported it to Ctrip, and another male front desk staff member changed our room. The service at this hotel is just awful! It doesn't live up to Yale's reputation!"

The facilities were relatively new. They were all induction. However, the TV did not have a projection screen. There was no place to walk the dog. The parking lot was very small. You had to go to IKEA to park."

When asked about school-related information (gym, cafeteria), they always don't know anything. Please make your own plans. There is no gym or parking lot.
