Wonderful hotel in the middle of the city of New Delhi. Location is great, clean and safe area with lots of trees around. 10-15 minutes walk to local markets. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, many choices, western and Asian food. Highly recommended. 🙏🙏

Review: I stayed at the hotel for one night on 28th June with my partner. Unfortunately, during my stay, I was on my period and ended up staining the bedsheets and pillows. I completely understand that there may be charges for the damage, and I was willing to take responsibility for it. However, what truly disappointed me was the way the hotel staff at the reception handled the situation. I did not feel treated with respect or empathy. Instead of addressing the matter with understanding or discretion, the interaction left me feeling deeply embarrassed like I had made a huge mistake just for experiencing something natural. Hospitality is not just about managing rooms; it’s about how you treat your guests in uncomfortable moments too. I genuinely hope the hotel team can be more sensitive and respectful in the future.

OMG! This is probably the best hotel I stayed in such a long time. And I stay in a lot of different hotels regularly! The price is unbelievable when compared with the facilities , the service, the fantastic (absolutely fantastic) personnel and the food options. The room was excellent and breakfast was superb (the amount of options and the variety is really crazy. And the quality is hardly seen in a hotel this days). I recommend this hotel from top to bottom. And I will certainly be looking to stay with them again if I have the chance.

Don’t expect the great standards of a Shangri La hotel. This one is dated and shower blinds have black mold on them.   However the lower price point reflects it I suppose.

Very attentive service, clean and fresh, excellent dining, close to the Gate of India, very strongly value for money, the only thing - do not ask staff to call you a taxi - you will get a Uber economy for 4x of its price

I stayed at Shangri-La's Eros Hotel last night with my wife and infant daughter, and it was truly the best stay we've ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home with their warm hospitality. The room was immaculate and perfectly suited for a family, with every detail thoughtfully planned. The crib provided for our infant daughter was clean and comfortable, ensuring she slept peacefully throughout the night. The food was delicious, and the dining experience was exceptional, with attentive staff catering to our every need. The hotel's ambiance and attention to detail in the decor were simply outstanding. Special thanks to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I highly recommend Shangri-La's Eros Hotel for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. We'll definitely be returning!
