Had a fabulous one night stay at the Ambassador. British character and Indian hospitality at its best. Great location. Large rooms. Great breakfast. Handy to shopping area. Would stay again.

Excellent. We felt safe, comfy, the service was fantastic and bar & restaurant including breakfast was great.

The most comfortable hotel in New Delhi! Masala egg cheese dosa tastes fabulous. I wish to stay at this hotel again

Room was beautiful and very spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation so we didn't get to experience it. Gym is small but gets the job done. Breakfast is very very delicious, and there is a cute bookstore and souvenir shop inside the hotel. Location was convenient for what we needed. Guest services was a bit spottier: we called down a few times for laundry with no response, and we had two problems with our laundry bill. Overall, not quite as professional as the other staff we encountered. We would stay again!

our experience was not very nice. we had 2 nights stay and we had to change two rooms. both rooms had their weird problems. first room we got a twin bed instead of queen bed which was very uncomfortable. Secondly they refused and said that they dont have a queen room but a decent manager told the reception guy to give the room with queen bed. in the new room since its was the old property the side lamps were broken and not repaired , even an incident of short circuit also happened with us in the hotel. Overall our stay was not as great as expected from a Taj Property. not going to recommend this place for stay especially for new years eve.

Got an upgrade, but my key never worked. Could barely get into the room Great historic hotel, just outdated in some places. Lobby not representative
