During my business trip to Shenzhen this time, my friend booked this hotel for me, and I had an incredible experience. The hotel is really easy to locate, not far from the subway station, with highly convenient transportation, making it extremely easy to travel around. The overall environment of the hotel is clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the bathroom facilities are fully equipped. The toiletries are also very considerately provided. Moreover, the front desk staff at the hotel have an outstanding service attitude. They handled both the check-in and check-out procedures swiftly and efficiently. It's worth noting that there is a rich variety of breakfast options available around the hotel, offering plenty of choices.

For the Chinese tourists : I guess this would be an excellent choice. The location has it all: banks, a mall, all types of eateries, a subway station nearby, coffee shops , tea house etc etc … The room size is fine for one person, it has a washing machine (with the detergent), hair dryer , a fridge etc etc etc … it also has a huge projector that has some free movies and music but 80% of it requires a membership. For internationals: The location advantages are the same as above. Now the room itself , will catch a cigarette smell every now and then, although it is clearly written on the walls “no smoking” people smoke right in front of the sign lol. The shower drainage sometimes stinks Keith I don’t know what. It’s the first time in my life I encounters such a smell. The housekeeper ladies explained to me that because of the weather changing the sewage will smell for some days . The changes the room anyway and that room had the same smell but just for one day. I dunno whether it was the weather or the room . And the most important point… guys, the projector won’t do any YouTube for you.. even if you find your way to access YouTube/Twitch (or anything else) on your phone , when casting the screen onto the projector it won’t load… yeah. All the good movies are under membership which can be paid with WeChat I guess. There are some nice movies (old classic) for free , like Citizen Kane, or Jayne Eyre, I watched those 😌 There is some western music for free , I think around 30 songs or so. They I used the projector mostly , I’d watch the videos I made on my own phone , like filming the city videos etc. On the photos you can see me watching Gracie Abrams song “21”. There is also a fun movie for free “Adventureland” , it has Lex Luthor, Deadpool and Bella Swan. Yes, DC comics , Marvel and Twilight crossover kinda lol.

We bad property.its not a hotel its a building containing 1 bhk rooms.when we check in the room is full of dirty smell then we changed the room.in new room when we turn on ac the ac through sound and water.then we again changed the room.at list third time room was ok.but at night i use the wash basin in washroom the pipe under basin is leaking.

Hard to find the reception, aka the entrance! Room is fair with the price. Location is the best, as it is close to the metro station as well as the shopping mall!

I think the best thing about recommending it to everyone is that their hotel is really cost-effective. The facilities and equipment in the room are all equipped in their hotel, such as refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners. What surprised me was that the room was also equipped with an induction cooker and a range hood, so I could cook some meals. It would be even more perfect if the hotel even prepared kitchen utensils for us. Secondly, the location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to take a taxi. It takes less than a few minutes to get there by taxi. There are large shopping malls nearby, which have many restaurants, gyms, cinemas, and children's playgrounds that children like. There are many people playing in the mall every night, and it is very lively. Then I took my children to Shenzhen Window of the World to play these days. It is fun, but there are more people. However, the children don’t care about this. They just like to play with children of the same age. I can take a hot bath when I return to the hotel at night. The 24-hour automatic water heater is really convenient. Finally, overall, the hotel is comfortable and the children are having fun.

I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone. I came here with my friends and I feel that this hotel is really good. My friend and I came to Shenzhen by high-speed rail. You can take Line 4 directly from Shenzhen North Station, or you can take a taxi. The time is about the same, about 20 minutes. Then the location of the hotel is also easy to find. The front desk is in the lobby on the first floor. The service attitude of the front desk guy is really enthusiastic. From check-in to check-out, the attitude is very good. If there are any problems, they will help me solve them as soon as possible. Another point is that the sanitation of the hotel room is also clean and tidy. There is also a large mirror in the bathroom. If a mirror is set up outside, it will be more convenient for me to put on makeup. There is a Tianhong shopping mall next to the hotel, which has a lot of delicious food. I tried the Northwest cuisine in it. The taste is still good, and my friend also likes it very much. Then in the next trip, I went to punch in a few scenic spots with my friends, and also posted them to show everyone my photography skills. In general, the hotel is worth recommending, and I also like this place in Shenzhen.

On the day of check-in, we went to the lobby to check-in. ! I can’t believe it! He said he could help us check out and get a refund, but where should we book a room in a hurry? I had no choice but to accept this room! This incident really makes us very unhappy! I feel cheated! ! ! The first picture is the room picture seen when booking online, we do not like the bed close to the window to sleep, so specially booked a large room area is 28-30 square meters, the second picture is when we open the door seen the room, the bed is close to the window, down the bed only a gap, can see the two pictures feel very different! ! ! This experience really disappointed me!

Let's say goodbye to Guanlan for a while😜 I stayed in this hotel for four days and three nights, and it felt like an apartment-style management. The room is well-lit, simple and clean, and comfortable overall. It's great. Especially the giant projection screen and the included video club login service are really convenient. The room rate includes the movie, so you can enjoy it slowly. There are different restaurants downstairs in the hotel, so supper is not a problem. There is also Rainbow Shopping Center nearby, which offers food, drinks and shopping. There are also several massage parlors and hair salons for you to choose from. In summary, this hotel has a good location, it is quiet and convenient, I will come again next time. 💯

The parking lot downstairs is cheap, and there are many attractions around. Guanlan Ancient Ruins and Art Village are very suitable for taking photos and checking in.
