Affordable and value for money

Pros: Good breakfast buffet with options for vegetarians/vegans. The staff that work in that restaurant are very sweet and kind. Cons: The shower was faulty and the room smelled of dirty buttholes. Awful check-in process made worse by inefficient and clueless reception staff. Is it acceptable to wait thirty minutes to check-in? I don't think so. I understand this is China and not many people speak English, but if you're going to force foreigners to pay extra for "international hotels," you could at least train the staff properly.

The room was clean, but the three-pin plug next to the desk was directly against the tabletop, so if you encounter a computer charging socket, you can't plug it in. The room was poorly soundproofed. I could hear people talking in the neighboring rooms clearly and I didn't know where the wind was coming from. I don't smoke, but for some reason there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room. I didn't know if it was from the air conditioner or from other people smoking in the corridor. If the hotel is positioned as a five-star hotel, its service may not even be as good as that of a three-star hotel or even a budget hotel. When I checked in, the front desk clerk had a cold face the whole time. He only said two sentences when confirming my order and asking me to pay by card. He didn't tell me what time breakfast started, where to eat, where the elevator was, etc. until I asked. When I checked out, they said I would have to wait half an hour for the invoice, but it was more than two hours after I left the hotel and nothing happened. I only got the invoice after I called to ask for it. It can only be said that it was an unpleasant experience.

酒店總體不錯，衞生乾淨，環境好，服務態度好，但設施水平有待提高。電視有投屏功能卻無法實現投屏，工作人員來了也弄不了，浪費了較多時間。衞生間花灑噴水分叉。

設施：設施很齊全！能想到的都有 衞生：乾淨整潔！ 環境：環境優美，地段好！ 服務：貼心，細心，用心！ 因為自己的疏忽，定了雙床，一個電話，前台直接給更換了大床！有喝茶的習慣，客房直接給送了好多瓶裝水！連住兩天，第二天沒用提醒直接把水放好！有自己的餐廳，而且餐廳質量很高，按照菜品來看，很有性價比的餐廳，可以來試試！ 有機會再來的話，還會選擇他家！！

五一假期期間入住酒店，價格有上浮但還能接受；酒店服務態度挺好的，早餐有不少本地特色，但品類相對於同檔次的酒店不是太多，帶了小孩子入住，吃早餐時收了優惠價。
