It has been a very pleasant stay. Room is very clean and quiet; bed very comfortable with different types of pillows: softer ones, harder ones - a very good combination. Bath room is clean; and shower is very powerful. Very good breakfast buffet! Team was very friendly and helpful from the security guard at the front, to front desk team and the restaurant team. All very warm, friendly and helpful! Prince at the front desk, and Biru at the breakfast buffet have been very welcoming, and helpful! Much appreciated. Overall it is the friendliness and warm welcome that has left with me a very memorable impression. Will visit again. Thanks very much!

I made 3 separate reservations at this hotel before my arrival because I was going to be in India longer than originally planned. I stayed a total of 9 nights. In my notes for the reservation, I asked if I can stay in the same room for the full duration. I booked a pool view twin room. When I arrived to the hotel, I made the same request, and the check-in staff ensured that I could have the same room. The room I was given only had one bed and faced a construction site. I then found out on my own that the pool was under renovation. The room also had a large crack on the window. I told the staff of the issue and requested a room change, and was told someone will come help me switch at a specified time. That did not happen. They offered no apologies. During my stay, my room key was deactivated twice (probably due to my separate reservations), the door to the room malfunctioned, the safe didn't work two times and the TV lost signal twice. Towards the end, I put up a do not disturb sign, but received an email and a phone call that wouldn't stop ringing asking me if I was sure I didn't need housekeeping. Overall, while it was not a bad experience, I felt I had too many unnecessary interactions with the staff for minor troubles.

We, my husband and I are really disappointed with the rooms stay. On our first 2 night stay, 21st Feb – 23rd Feb, the rooms were so so only. The bathroom, the tap was leaking of which we did inform the reception and maintenance was sent to rectify it. The bedsheets didn’t look fresh etc. On the other hand, the restaurant (Buffet Breakfast) service was pleasing. All the staff were attentive, pleasant and kind. We were even given Holiday Inn membership by the Restaurant staff…which was a sweet gersture. I must say the Breakfast buffet staff at the Hotel are very nice and service is really good. They take the time to come and check if everything is ok etc. Compliments to them. But sadly on our return trip on 28th Feb 2025, the room given was so unpleasing, The Fridge was out. The air-con didn’t work well….The bathrooms unkept. Toilet bowl inside brownish, the shower area the tiles were brownish and the bed had a metal piece protruding out from the mattress. Totally disappointing. I infact dropped an email to the Hotel on the feedback but sad to say not a reply received Vivien D Singapore

Stayed here for three night upto New Year's Day 2025. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. The NYE events were fun, there was a gala dinner and a dj in the bar, I had returned late so opted for a couple of drinks in the bar to see in the new year, as a solo female traveller, I felt very safe and comfortable. The dj was very good and the vibe was cool. Overall a great stay, the room was very comfortable and large, I was kindly upgraded from a twin to a queen (loved this!).

very expensive breakfast with few poor choices offered. it is very noisy at night time. the room look out to a building in construction. absolutely terrible outlook. i have been at different holiday inns. but this one is terribly bad. absolutely not to be recommended

Super convenient location near the airport—perfect for layovers or quick business trips. Check-in was smooth, staff were friendly, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was great, shower pressure solid, and blackout curtains did their job. Dinner and breakfast at Viva were impressive—good mix of Indian and global options, with standout desserts. Facilities like the gym and pool looked great, though I didn’t have time to use them. Minor noise from the hallway and the room lighting felt a bit too cool, but nothing major. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay with everything you need before or after a flight. Would definitely book again.

It's a nice hotel, but currently there's a construction site next to the hotel, so don't expect much of a view and there could be quite a lot of noise if you're in an unlucky part of the hotel.

*Review for Holiday Inn Gurgaon Aerocity* My wife and I, both senior citizens, had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Gurgaon for one night recently, and I must say, our experience was overall quite positive. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. The check-in process was swift, and the staff made sure we felt comfortable right from the start. The lobby area was clean, modern, and welcoming, which set a positive tone for our stay. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered a comfortable atmosphere. The bed was especially soft, and we appreciated the cozy linens and pillows. As senior citizens, comfort is a high priority for us, and this room did not disappoint. The bathroom was equally well-maintained, with fresh towels, toiletries, and an easily accessible shower, which was very important for us. One of the highlights of our stay was the in-room dining experience. We ordered dinner, and the food arrived promptly, hot, and delicious. The menu had a variety of options that catered to both our tastes. I must also mention the courteous and professional staff who made sure to check in with us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The hotel’s location was ideal for us as it was in proximity to the commercial areas of Gurgaon, making it convenient to get around. Overall, we had a very pleasant one-night stay at Holiday Inn Gurgaon, and we would recommend it to other senior citizens looking for a comfortable, welcoming hotel in the area. The staff, comfort, and attention to detail made it a memorable experience. We would gladly return on our next visit to Gurgaon.

Certain rooms are connected with a door and are extremely loud if someone is next in the other room. Sound proof are really bad. So beware
