SpringHill Suites New Bern

Very comfortable beds and pillows Breakfast just OK Internet was barely above dial up at 14 mips. I have 500 at home. Front desk couldn’t be bothered on. Individual said she spent hours the last time trying to contact them and I filed a complaint with Marriott corporation. Lack of attention to detail details can you believe the restroom on the first floor had no paper towels, and was clear that the paper towels had not been replaced for sometime

Anthony was a great host. He went over and beyond to assist us during our mother and grandmother during her crucial stay at carolina east medical center. The compassion he showed was so touching and unbelievable. He is the kind of person to represent any good company

Clean quiet safe

I had a wonderful stay at SpringHill Suites! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed with their polite and professional demeanor. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, which made my stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. I especially want to highlight GioVanne, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Her attentiveness and friendly spirit truly made a difference in my experience. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines great service with cleanliness and care, this is it! Highly recommend… we will RETURN

We have stayed here before and had a great experience so came back again. This time was not as great, but not terrible. I will preface with I am meticulous with cleanliness so the random hairs stuck in our clean towels and still in the shower upon our arrival were a turn off for me. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess at the front desk for our late arrival the first night; however, the second night when we went down to ask for a spoon- mind you we looked around first so we would not have to bother anyone if we did not have to- we stood at the front desk for quite some time purposely making noise as we heard someone in the back office who would not come out. Finally, we picked up the phone to call back there and the same lady from the previous night came out with quite the opposite demeanor from the night before asking if we were calling. We stated yes, that we just needed a spoon and asked for water(which they had offered every other time we had walked past the front desk)She very rudely asked what is your name? Again, we stated we just needed a spoon and water. She ended up giving us the spoon but said she couldn’t give us water. The next night when we walked in it was a different host at the front desk who again offered each of us waters. So not sure what the issue was. Overall not a terrible stay but the customer service and cleanliness was definitely not what it was our first stay here.
