We were so looking forward to staying here after reading the other reviews but what a disappointment! The innkeeper texted us before 7am the morning we stayed and said that he was up all night sick...ok, understand, it happens....asked him for a partial refund since a bed and breakfast includes a BREAKFAST...he said that had to go through the owner and he would text him and I would hear back later that day. Three days later - after texting the innkeeper AND emailing the owner NEVER HEARD ANYTHING and never received any compensation. Didn't even ask for a full refund since we had slept there - just $40-50 because we had to go elsewhere for breakfast and spend more money! Also, just a heads up, all bedrooms are upstairs and the AC is completely insufficient since it's an old house - so it's very uncomfortable for sleeping. So all and all - my review - don't bother and we won't bother again either!

Three days, very quiet only four bedrooms. Beautifully appointed. Great care and breakfast by Ryan. Ron was great on the scheduling and our late arrival. Inexpensive and well worth the money. Love the house and the area.

The mansion was beautiful. The hospitality was incredible. Ryan made us feel like family. The suite was comfortable and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. Cannot wait to return. Thank you for everything Ryan.

You wont' regret staying here
The Pepin Mansion was even more beautiful in person. This is such a classic & iconic bed and breakfast. My room was stunning. The food for breakfast was fantastic. And the staff was so friendly. I could not recommend this place more.
