This place is Great,was in New Albany for 3 weeks,all other hotels in the area were having a string of break ins of guests cars at night,3 of our trucks had their windows broke and few items stolen,THIS was the place I stayed had ZERO ISSUES and felt completely safe! Leslie at the front desk is THEE BEST!!! Made my stay away from home as comfortable as possible.

Spacious, well-equipped room, nice breakfast buffet, everything clean and well maintained, super helpful and friendly staff, good location. We strongly recommend this hotel for an extended stay!

Excellent friendly and customer service. Checking in was smooth and fast met by a friendly professional young lady. We asked for extra towels and the staff delivered them to our door with in minutes. This place is an easy 15 minute drive from and to the airport. Thank you for a great experience.

I had a mixed experience. Good building, good staff, but they cheap out on the consumables. IMHO they offer an avoidable, all carb breakfast, the coffee is mid, and no half n half. I think I would come back IF and only if they spent a few more pennies on the coffee, food, shampoo, and soap.

The room was quite large and a near full kitchen. The bed was comfortable and that was good. Clean, bathroom clean and stocked well. The AC was perfect! I love a cold room. Quiet enough. NOW WHY ONLY 3 Stars? Stay was for three nights. After the second night, the room was to be "refreshed." The Trash was dumped, the towels replenished, but the bed was not made. That was on the list attached to the mirror in the bath. The office chair was low and uncomfortable. Breakfast was GARBAGE. Everything stiff and overcooked, causing flavorless food. I walked across the street to Wendy's for Breakfast after the first morning. I do recommend this place, but no way it is above 3 stars. I will return to here on my next business trip to this area.

Overall it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was great and offered a good selection of breakfast foods.

The hotel was clean, the staff was great, especially Kenzie at the front desk who was professional, personable and efficient. The morning breakfast area was clean and inviting and the selection of choices was fabulous! Both people working the morning breakfast area were engaging and very kind. Great stay!
