Diesesmal war das Zimmer ziemlich teuer und ein wenig unsauber ... Im Badezimmer die eine Duschkabinenwand fiel halb auseinander, so war leider danach beim Duschen das halbe Bad voll Wasser. Wir hatten ein Zustellbett mitbestellt, was aber wo wir ankamen nicht drinn stand im Zimmer . Diese Dame an der Rezeption hatte keine Info darüber bekommen angeblich,hat uns aber freundlicher Weise ein Zustellbett zukommen lassen . Es fehlen Leute da ,weil die Dame war ganz alleine für alles zuständig. Trotz allem war sie aber sehr freundlich ...

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer groß, allerdings sehr kleine Fenster zu Straße (mit Brücke), die schall-dicht waren. Laut. Der Kühlschrank (im Zimmer) war offenbar seit langer Zeit nicht gesäubert worden und verschimmelt. Am Waschbecken und in der Dusche "Reste" der früheren Seifenspender.

Unfassbar unfreundliches Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war erbärmlich. Wer in diesem Hotel übernachtet ist selbst schuld. Sowas ist nicht auszuhalten. Die Preisleistung ist katastrophal.

Tolles historisches Gebäude mit bestaunenswerten Stuckdecken, gelegen in der Innenstadt, kostenfreier Parkplatz, fußläufig zur Burg, mit Bibliothek, Lesesaal, Billardtisch. Sehr nettes Personal, kleine und schöne Sauna. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer im Dachgeschoss, wobei die Sanitärinstallation ertüchtigt werden könnte und die verkalkte Duschkabine mit Schimmelansätzen erneuert werden müsste. Das Frühstück war liebevoll dargeboten und gut.
