Wir waren am 5. Dezember mit 6 Personen zum Essen. Wir kamen um 18 Uhr an. Um 18.30 kam die Bedienung an den Tisch und nahm unsere Bestellung auf. Mein Sohn hat ein Bier bestellt und ein Radler bekommen. Nachdem er es moniert hat, wurde das angetrunkene Radler einfach mit Bier aufgefüllt. Um 19 Uhr, also eine Stunde nachdem wir angekommen waren, wurde mitgeteilt, dass es die beiden bestellten Steaks nicht gibt. Wir mussten uns eine Alternative auswählen. Ich bestellte eine scharfe Calzone , die leider geschmacklos war. Als wenn überhaupt kein Gewürz verwendet wurde. Ich habe scharfe Soße nachbestellt, die nach nichts geschmeckt hat. Amnächsten Tag habe ich den Geschäftsführer angerufen und ihm den Fall geschildert. Er wollte mir einen Essensgutschein per Mail zukommen lassen. Dieser ist bin heute nicht eingetroffen. Die Geburtstagsfeier war leider ein Reinfall.

The staff were fantastic. The town had a lot to offer. We stopped here on a journey so this was nit the destination but the staff made us feel.very welcome. Nice bar and restaurant on premises.

Super Service, lecker essen und tolle Gastfreundlichkeit im Hotel UND im Restaurant. Vor allem der sehr kinderfreundliche Service im Restaurant und während des Frühstücks ist uns sehr positiv aufgefallen. Die Karte im Restaurant ist typisch italienisch und die Portionen sind sehr üppig und absolut ausreichend. Die Variation aus Vorspeisen hat uns ebenfalls sehr geschmeckt. Das Hotel & die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Zimmer geräumig. Es sind genügend Parkplätze verfügbar

Ero passato a trovare un amico che lavorava in questo ristorante dopo avermene pure parlato bene per mesi, il suo contratto andava concludendosi e ho potuto notare facilmente quanto all apparenza di spiccata qualità del locale in realtà si nascondeva la meschina tradizione di non pagare gli stipendi. Non avrei mai pensato di fare questa recensione, purtroppo però, mi trovo costretto a prendere le parti del mio amico e testimoniare la mancata serietà di questo locale. Mai avrei pensato di ricevere un piatto senza la sicurezza di vedere riconosciuto il lavoro dei camerieri, qui evidentemente fa parte dell’esperienza. Vergogna.

Tutto nuovo, camere moderne e spaziose con bagno provvisto di walk-in shower. Purtroppo come sempre all'estero non c'è il bidet, anche se la gestione è italiana. Ma la figata è che i comodini sono provvisti di caricabatteria wireless. Anche al ristorante ci siamo trovati bene, pizza buona con ambiente pulito e famigliare
