Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Die Junior-Suite war sehr sauber, die Betten hervorragend. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer wieder eine Reise wert.

Alles bestens und sehr freundliche Atmosphäre, allerdings ca. €32,-- für ein zusätzliches Frühstück ist zu viel! Vielleicht können Sie auch Ihre Hundegäste dazu anhalten, ihren Liebling nicht unmittelbar neben dem Haupteingang vor aller Augen in die Grünanlage scheißen zu lassen.

Wir haben fünf wundervolle Tagen bei RMB verbracht. Mit dem ersten Zimmer hatten wir zwar kein Glück (technische Problem), bekamen dann aber ein anderes sehr schönes Zimmer, in dem wir uns auch sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Das Wellness- und Fitnessangebot in der Therme ist sehr gut, die Saunenlandschaft/Solebecken herausragend. Die Gasgeber - Restaurant- und Barpersonal sowie die Rezeption sind sehr freundlich, so auch das Team/die Behandler vom Wellnessbereich (sehr empfehlenswert: Klassiker Massage). Zur Hamam Behandlung: Der Behandler war sehr gut und freundlich, allerdings war mir die Temperatur der Sauna in Kombination mit der Behandlungsdauer viel zu hoch. Ich fände es hilfreich, wenn man das im Vorfeld abstimmen könnte. Das Essen: solide, lecker, regional - ein vielseitiges Buffet. Luft nach oben gäbe es aber vielleicht noch bei den Garzeiten, da wäre weniger mehr. Insgesamt aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt - gerne wieder.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war ausgezeichnet. Diesel Level hat sich dann weiter durchgezogen. Kann man unbedenklich weiterempfehlen.

Ein wirklich gutes, modernes und sehr sauberes Hotel gepaart mit einer Therme, die Erholung pur verspricht - was will der Erholungsuchende mehr?!! Einen großen Mehrwert macht dabei das sehr freundliche, immer aufmerksame Personal aus. Besonders hervorzuheben sind ebenfalls das Frühstücks- und Abendessenbuffet, die sehr gut und reichhaltig waren und für jeden Ernährungstypen leckere Sachen bereit hielten. Die Therme, die durch einen Bademantel-Gang erreichbar ist, krönt den Aufenthalt. Besonders hier die große See-Sauna (angeblich Deutschlands größte), die nach dem Schwitzen eine direkte Abkühlung beim Schwimmen im Ruppiner See ermöglicht. Einfach herrlich. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

The hotel location is absolutely incredible. The food also exceeded expectations. Unfortunately in our room, the shower leaked and as a result we were almost hurt due to the water that had congregated on the floor just outside the shower. I mentioned this to the reception staff but didn't even get an apology. Left me with a slight bitter taste.
