"A very run-down hotel: the room had threadbare carpeting (hello dust mites!), a dirty armchair, rickety furniture, and single sheets for a double bed… the only positive point was the sea view. The welcome was lukewarm, not at all friendly, and showed no empathy when we received a parking ticket because the hotel parking lot had been poorly indicated to us upon arrival. The hotel is poorly located at the very top of Neum, far from the "beach" (three-quarters of which is reserved for guests of the Grand Hotel), and far from restaurants. At our last breakfast, following the arrival of a huge group, the buffet was completely empty despite our early arrival (7:30 am) and not replenished: no more pastries, and we had to insist they restock the fruit (inedible, as hard as wood). It's truly unacceptable that they didn't anticipate this! Their customers are clearly not a priority!"

"A very clean and pleasant hotel with a magnificent balcony overlooking the sea and mountains 🤩 We spent a week there as a family and really enjoyed it. We were on an all-inclusive package, and the meals were good value for money. We stayed in the Jumbo Club and were lucky enough to have evening entertainment with a fantastic host, Yacine, and Julie, who were always smiling, attentive, and genuinely concerned about the happiness and well-being of their guests. I highly recommend it! 😎"

"Nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food was good, buffet style but some of our party found some choices ilukewarm or cold. No bar area as such,you drink at your table. Location is handy for the rest of Neum. I would certainly stay there again."
