Wunderbare Lage und schöne Wohnung
Die Maisonette-Wohnung mit Wohnbereich unten und Schlafbereich oben ist sehr gepflegt und bietet vom Esstisch aus einen tollen Blick. Der Fahrstuhl ist natürlich Gold Wert bei einer Wohnung im 3. OG.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war von Anfang bis Ende freundlich und gut. Alle benötigten Infos wurden rechtzeitig und deutlich gegeben und auf kleine Probleme wurde prompt reagiert.Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet (keine Teppichböden!), die Matratzen sind gut, der Stauraum in den Schränken ausreichend. Für sehr große Autos kann der Parkplatz vor dem Haus eine gewisse Herausforderung sein, da es dort etwas eng zugeht. Die Lage der Wohnung erlaubt einen kurzen Spaziergang in den Ort. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür, perfekt für die kostenlose Bus-Nutzung mit der Pfalz-Card, die im Mietpreis enthalten ist.Für uns war es eine schöne, entspannte Woche.

Grosszügiges Appartment in schöner Umgebung
Positiv:
-Sehr grosses Appartment für 2 Personen auf 2 Ebenen
-Funktionelle Ausstattung, moderne Bodenbeläge, alles funktioniert und ist tiptop sauber.
-Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge in der Pfalz
-Parken in der Tiefgarage, von dort per Fahrstuhl zur Wohnung
-Pfalzcard wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Damit kostenlose Benutzung des ÖVs möglich (Bushaltestelle vor der Tür).
-Perfekte Kommunikation mit der Wohnungsinhaberin z.B. bezüglich Schlüsselübergabe oder etwaiger sonstiger Anliegen.
Neutral:
-Die Bettmatratzen sind recht straff.
-Die Möblierung und Wanddekoration könnte ein bisschen heimeliger sein.
Negativ:
-Bei hohen Aussentemperaturen - wir hatten über 30 Grad am Tag- wird es beim Schlafen unter dem Dach sehr warm.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Weitblick
Perfekte Organisation des Aufenthalts, unsere eBikes konnten wir sicher in der Tiefgarage unterbringen. Von da aus war es nur ein Fahrstuhlknopf zu unserer Dachgeschosswohnung.

Tolle Lage und zweckmäßige Ausstattung
Für ein Wochenende, auch eine Woche, gut geeignete Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt, um einfach direkt vor der Haustüre die Pfalz zu erkunden, zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
