Nous sommes un groupe d'amis venus déjeuner, grâce à l'Office du tourisme. C'était un dimanche et nous avions un peu de retard. Le restaurant était bondé. Nous avons été reçus avec le sourire. Dans une terrasse accueillante, nous avons été servi rapidement et avons très bien mangé. Un immense MERCI au personnel de service, à la cuisine et au chef pour son efficacité et son humour, pour ce délicieux moment. A recommander !

Accueil sympathique et chaleureux. Très bel hôtel. Belle chambre. Très bonne literie. Nouvelle belle salle de bains et sanitaires . Petits déjeunés copieux. Les repas servis au restaurant le soir sont des vrais plats de région : choucroute aux 5 viandes, fondue au munster, ( une tuerie), côtelettes de sanglier, etc... Service impeccable. Petit bémol, le plombier n'avait pas mis le syphon au lavabo (bonjour les odeurs). Tarifs abordables au vu des prestations proposées. Je recommande.

Le personnel etait antipathique lors de notre arrivée Places non réservées à notre arrivée alors que la réservation était faite 4 jours auparavant Le pass time n'a pas été accepté alors que l on avait signalé lors de la réservation Nous sommes repartis dégoutés

Hôtel et village à voir !
Hôtel superbe avec un restaurant proposant d'excellents plats alsaciens.
Les petits déjeuners sont très copieux et le personnel très professionnel et accueillant.
Neuf-Brisach est magnifique !

Accueil très satisfaisant dans un hôtel propre au charme alsacien avec une très belle décoration de Noël.
Par contre chauffage inexistant au mois de décembre : es ce bien normal ?
Point positif : restaurant réservé à la clientèle mais onéreux pour une qualité médiocre.
Tarifs de la restauration à revoir pour la clientèle de l'hôtel d'autant plus que la qualité de la restauration de justifie pas un tel tarif.
