Dear Trip.com Customer Support,
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a recent booking I made through your platform. The reservation amount displayed during the booking process was approximately ₪700, which I understood to be the total cost.
However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was charged ₪980 – a significant discrepancy of ₪280. It turns out that additional taxes or fees were added at the property, despite no clear indication of this during the booking process on your site.
This is misleading and unacceptable. The total amount shown at checkout should reflect the final amount to be paid – not a partial figure that causes surprise charges upon check-in.
I kindly request a full explanation and reimbursement for the overcharged amount. Please find below the booking.
I trust that Trip.com will take this matter seriously and process my refund promptly.

Spacious rooms, clean and cozy, the breakfast buffet very diverse and quality, all the very friendly and helpful human team, especially Fabrice at reception offered me a room with unbeatable sea views. I also recommend for families, central location with all kinds of shops in the surrounding area

Situated in the centre of Netanya, this hotel is ideally located for shops, restaurants and the beach. Unfortunately the swimming pool closes from October to March (this wasn’t mentioned when we booked) but reception will give towels and a voucher for chairs on the beach - if you ask. The hotel is looking very tired and in need of renovation. Breakfast is served below ground in a windowless ,depressing room with miserable staff. Fabrice at reception was excellent & very helpful, as were the housekeeping team, though Yossi, who is certainly not suited to the hospitality business, was one of the rudest men I’ve ever met.
