This was a nice inn, location was excellent -- a block from the ocean and a few minutes to the main street. The room was functional and clean, though small. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable the first day and better the second.

The place was very clean and the room though small had all the basic necessities. The bathroom was nice. Breakfast was next door and was plentiful with a great choice. The service was great. The Inn allows small animals and if this bothers you you may wish to chose one of their other properties. All in all a pleasant stay and ideally located. Parking was not a problem.

We have been going to the Ocean View Inn, and it's sister Inn's, literally for decades! It never ceases to dissapoint. Nice people, clean rooms, one block from the ocean. What I love the most is it's proximity to the ocean, but also to a fun and once again growing scene in Asbury Park. This past Sunday we caught an evening show at the Stone Pony Summer Stage, that we walked 10 minutes to get to! Coming home I had Korean tacos on the Boardwalk.

Inhad a great experience! The room was clean and comfortable, super close to the beach, and everyone there was kind and pleasant. The free breakfast is fantastic and its peaceful to be able to sit overlooking the ocean while enjoying breakfast and coffee

Great location, was an easy walk to Main Ave for dinner or Asbury Park boardwalk. Right by the beach, they offered free beach towels which was a bonus. Delicious breakfast served every morning on the screened in porch by the very friendly staff. Beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was great, too. Thoughtful touches like ice already made in the freezer. Only downside was since it’s a dog-friendly hotel, we could hear barking next door to us til late one night, and the walls are quite thin. But otherwise, 10/10, we will definitely try to come again for a beach weekend!

Had an awesome week-end at the Ocean View Inn. The location was simply amazing, just a block from the ocean & boardwalk. Accommodations were fantastic, and check-in and check-out were so easy. If you're planning a trip to Ocean Grove or Asbury Park area, stay at the Ocean View Inn. You will not be disappointed.

The inn was beautiful The room was clean and comfortable and all supplies were available or brought to us when requested.
The breakfast was delicious with various choices and the coffee was excellent
The location is prime. Walking distance to everything especially the beach
Had dinner both nights at restaurants on Cookman Ave. delicious and lots of shops for strolling in and out of
Oceanview was a great place to stay for a romantic, fun and serene weekend
Highly recommend!!!
