Cote d'Azur Resort

I would not recommend this as a place to stay for older people as the layout is very confusing with alot of steps. My mother fractured her skull walking between units. The ambulance found it hard to find the entrance and there were no defibs on site and when I talked to management they referred to this place as a residential site not a resort and therefore only interested in what they have to provide by law. Not interested in visitors safety or duty of care. We will not be going back.

We go here every couple of years from the UK. Every time we have been, the apartment and complex have been consistently excellent. The apartments are spacious and clean and the complex is always well maintained. Pam the manager is brilliant, she is so friendly and helpful, she really does make it feel like a home from home for us. The complex itself is in a great location, there are lovely views of the bay and it is really close to the town centre and all the bars and restaurants, of which there are many! It is also 2 minutes walk away from Woolworths, which is ideal for stocking up on all your provisions, no need to drive anywhere. I would have no hesitation in recommending these apartments if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Nelson Bay.

Bliss. Five letters that say it all except that Tripadvisor want a longer review. The unit is well appointed, Giant TV and comfortable. Well located and even has a pizza shop across the road. Only complaint was that the allocated parking was as far from the front door is they could get it but we were 'baddies' and parked in the visitors bay which were never full. If ever back in the area we wont look elsewhere for accommodation.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is a beautiful complex, large, clean rooms, great pool area and close to the entertainment district of Nelson Bay. The manager Pamela Gilbert and her husband are delightful people. They are very friendly and go above and beyond in providing five star service to their customers. I would highly recommend staying at Cote D'Azur when staying in Nelson Bay. We will be back!

Cote D'Azur was a modern, clean, quiet and very secure apartment. The BBQ area was spotless and the complex located in a central area of Nelson Bay. All main shops, buses and amenities were within a short walking distance, together with the marina and beach area. All restaurants were a stones throw away. We were able to relax from the moment we arrived, with our apartment being spotless and with views looking out to the bay. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need and management were amazing and super helpful - even allowing us to have a very late checkout to accommodate our flight. Highly recommend - we loved it so much, we will be returning!

From the first phone this accomodation offers excellent service. Check was fast and easy. Pam at reception was wonderful and very helpful. Apartment had everything we needed group of 6 in 3 bed apartment. Good pool and bbq. Easy walking to town
